Great customer service
I order this product because I was having a lot of pain in my knee joints. I read and followed the directs and yield no results, meaning no burn or relief as stated on the package. My five stars is for customer service. They were so helpful. Was I able to send the product back no. But I was fully refunded for the cost of the product within a couple of days. #Happyshopper

good pain relief
I am very happy with this cream. This cream goes on smoothly and doesn't leave a greasy or sticky residue. I got good pain relief within 20 minutes of rubbing it on an achy joint (better than with the usual aspirin based cream I use).

It seems to me that the over sized cream container content less Cream Volume like 60% air vs. 40% cream. Maybe one of this trapped commercial bluff ... good luck !!

Brings heaven to earth with relief
I would give a 100 star review for this product. I use it on my shoulder and arm and my knees. I have such bad arthritis and this helps so very much. The product goes on cool and then it heats up and takes the pain away for a long time. This is my miracle medication or lotion for me. I suffer in great pain most of my adult life and thus is the first product I have found that has worked unbelievable. This can't be found in your local store so buy several at once. Because once you try it you will love it and want to have it around and available to use at any time. Just make sure to wash your hands because you don't want to get it into your eyes or mouth. You will be in heaven with thus product.

Warm sensation doesn't stay
I received the product yesterday used it yesterday felt warm sensation which did help someone with my pain but today I did not feel any warm sensation from the ointment I will be sending it back.

HOLY cow, I cannot belive ho wuncomfortanle this is - Its been on my desk for awhile - figured Id use it today - it SOO hot I m not talking tiger balm hot - it feels like my skin is on fire Righyt into the garbage

This works for me. My hubs has a slip disc , I gave him one and he says it helps him when he in pain
