We go through this pudding very quickly at our house as we make it with non dairy coconut milk so one box only takes 1 1/4 cups of milk so does not go to far. It really mixes up best with a battery whip or electric mixer but turns out very thick and creamy almost like a cooked pudding. Even though it is sugar free there is no artificial sweeter after taste. I think we order a 6 pack about every 3 weeks.

This pudding tastes just like the real thing. I've been SF for 8 years and it tastes just like I remember pudding tastes! My teenager eats sugar but is trying to eat healthier and they think it tastes just like the name brand sugar-filled pudding.

I was very excited to find an instant pudding that was vegan and sugar-free! It's great that you don't have to use a stove for this or wait for hours for it to set and it still turns out thick and creamy. I used almond milk or cashew milk every time, so your mileage may vary if you use dairy milk or some other kind, but I found that a whisk or fork was not entirely sufficient to completely mix this powder with the milk. I ended up using a handheld blender to mix it up. This is by far the best of the Simply Delish pudding flavors. The chocolate is not super fudgy, but it's a good natural chocolate. I didn't find myself wishing it were more intense, but if you do, it seems it would be pretty easy to just add in some natural cocoa powder. A great purchase for pudding lovers with dietary restrictions.

Great for keto when you just crave something sweet! This is my second order, tried both chocolate & vanilla. Both flavors are very good. I make with coconut milk. It definitely has a bit of an aftertaste but nothing you wouldn’t be used to if you are familiar with keto sugar substitutes. I recommend.

This chocolate pudding is delicious. I made a chocolate cream pie also using zero sugar cool whip & it tasted just as good as regular chocolate pudding. I’m a type 1 diabetic & it was very satisfying.

The first ingredient is cornstarch...According to the ADA "Cornstarch has a very high glycemic index. Daily consumption leads to rapid blood sugar and insulin spikes. I have tried both the chocolate and vanilla flavors, so it must be something that is in the base ingredients that is causing the taste to be strange. We have been trying a lot of sugar free treats lately and unfortunately, this was our least favorite eryrithol and stevia sweetened desert. Also, don't like that the main ingredient is potato starch. I do have to agree with other reviewers that it is overpriced, especially since the ingredients aren't organic. If you are using a milk alternative with this mix, that makes around 2 small servings per box. If you are using regular milk, it makes around 3 small servings per box. This is OK in a pinch, but needs improvement.

Genuinely delicious! It tastes almost exactly like yogo/chocolate custard, and the tiny box makes a huge amount.
