I purchased these to add to my growing collection of smart plugs.. I liked the fact they are smaller than all the others I have which are the size of a plugin RCD or Timer, this limits where they can be used especially on extension bars..These are not much bigger than a normal plug (about the size of a Echo Dot 3 plug) which means you can fit them side by side with no problems at all...They are designed to work with the eFamilyCloud app but work perfectly with the SmartLife app I use for almost all my other smart kit.. and were discovered and setup in seconds...I will definitely be buying more... really nice plugs..

Needed to connect initially in alternative pairing mode (WiFi hotspot) which worked well enough, quick automatic firmware upgrade fixed the initial pairing issue.

As an Alexa user this is invaluable for me. Yes set up was a bit fiddly but once set up everything works like a dream. The mistake I made was trying to pair the device with my router in another room. The lesson I learned was to pair the device up IN THE SAME ROOM AS THE ROUTER. DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP. Once it is paired then unplug and take the device into the room of your choice. Unplugging the device will not wipe it’s memory. Once you have done this you will find the wireless range is fantastic. Great purchase. Really pleased. Value for money with this three pack.

Very easy to set up. Just download the app and sync the plug with app. I haven't started using it exclusively as I am yet to synch it with Alexa. But whatever little I am using it I am very happy with it. These plugs have made life bit easy. I can switch off the charger, lamp and TV whenever my son leaves them on. The quality is good and they work perfectly. For the price these smart plugs are real deal.

Just finished setting up my home automation stuff for the garage and these work a treat. I've tried them up with my Google Home devices and I can turn them on and off with voice control, workd a treat. They're smaller, rather than some chunkier alternatives. Can't fault them. So far so good. These are rated to 10amps as per the packaging and writing on the plugs themselves.
