Long-time sufferer amazed
I have been amazed by this CD. I have had CFIS for 20 years & FMS for 17 years. I have struggled with both these conditions & besides the pain, the fatigue has been unrelenting. I started using this CD a week ago as I fall asleep, through speakers, not headphones which I find to be uncomfortable. I noticed an almost immediate increase in both my energy level & ability to concentrate. I have gotten more done in this past week since....I don't even know when. I have availed myself of both conventional & alternative medicine & this is the first time I have experienced relief from my fatigue, I am just thrilled. I highly recommend this CD.
