This particular mat was recommended by my daughter's fitness trainer. It was not too pricy, and it is very comfortable and cushy for working out on my hardwood floors. The thickness also allows me to do my exercises comfortably in my bare feet. It seems durable so far. I love it in these early days. You can roll it up, and it has carry straps if you need to transport it. I just use it at home, so not important to me, but I know it is for a lot of people.

I'm about 5'8 and find this Yoga mat's length is appropriate for my height. I use it almost daily for my physical therapy exercises and it's not slippery even when I sweat during aerobic workouts. After several months, this mat does have a bit of wear; surface scratches and indentations because I use it frequently, but nothing that impacts it's functionality. I adore the pink color. The material smells fine and it's still soft, yet firm. This yoga mat is a bit bulky and the carry strap is helpful. I like the thickness and would definitely purchase this yoga mat again. It's a super comfy and a great value for my money. Keep well!

We have 2 of these yoga mats. We use them for all floor exercises. I like the extra thickness because they are very durable, firm but soft enough to be on your knees and elbows doing exercises.

I purchased this 3 years ago. It's still holding up..def thick and cushioned, great if you need the cushioning. Be aware it's pretty slippery on wood floors, there is very little grip to it. Even the surface of it has a slick feel. Also, it's quite stretchy. It's a good "at home" mat.

Very pleased with this, I have used it several times now, it is durable and provides comfort and support.

This mat is thick, supportive, doesn't bottom out, yet still offers a good amount of squish/cushion. Great so far for the exercises I'm doing on hardwood floors. Feels durable and like it'll be a good value for what I paid, but I'll re-review if that turns out not to be the case. The straps are eeehhhh, but that's fine, I would much rather them cheap out on the strap a little than the mat itself. Very satisfied so far.

you know, i went through my entire order history just to find the link to this item to buy it again. and i first bought it in 2015. i love it, everyone that borrows it loves it. it's so soft and cushiony and makes working out so much better. I'm only replacing it now bc my puppies chewed it up in a corner. But it's still good to have a spare anyways. since everyone's always taking it from me.

I have POTS and EDS and recently started doing yoga again to help manage my symptoms and pain, and this mat was great value for its price. I got the thinner one because it was cheaper (even though I hate thinner mats usually) and it was surprising how comfy this one was! It’s soft in all the right ways and makes exercise hurt way less for my joints. There was zero sliding around on it, it’s super stable. The length is perfect. I got the purple one for myself and the light blue one for my husband so I can force him to work out with me, and the colors are so bright and pretty. If you are looking to do yoga for Dysautonomia then this is the mat you’re looking for!

It's thick, it's spongey, might get a bit slippery from sweat, but it's exactly what I was looking for; I use it for post run stretches and it's really satisfying having that much sponge to take the edge off the hard floor. It does seem like it'll get easily damaged, but if you're using it in a studio, it'll be great, although people might think you're bringing a camping mattress with you.

Love it. The mat protects your joints from the pressure of exercising. Will buy again.

I need it for my Canadian Airforce Exercises which I do at home. Being a lady of 77 years old, my balance suits the thickness of this mat otherwise I would topple over. I’m 5’ 8” and the length is perfect so I don’t have to shuffle back and forth while doing the floor exercises. Nice quality. Comfortable. Very happy.

I was looking at a much more expensive mat that was advertised as being an inch thick but the reviews said it wasn’t so I didn’t order it. Then I doing this one which is less than half the price and thought there must be a catch, but it’s perfect and I’d have happily paid more.
