Super. Expensive but worth it.

After trying Matfer Exoglass products, wouldn't go back to anything else for baking. Light, non-stick without the chemicals, no metal so doesn't rust. Easy to clean corners. Dishwasher safe but I hand wash them. Just wipe with a bit of light oil after it's dry.
