Good value and I find them tasty and useful.
I’ve been buying these strawberry Up and Go drinks for years. There isn’t much taste of strawberry but I find them tasty and good value. They are high in fibre (6.6 gm/bottle). Also good for calcium. Convenient and they help me for fibre intake.

Useful if not hungry in the morning or take medication that is best taken with protein.

Exactly what was needed but high in sugar
These are great for use as a supplement if you can't have solid food. The taste is decent, the texture is slightly chalky, but thats just from the oats. However watch out because these are VERY high in sugar.

Out of date product
These drinks were delivered today 19/2/26, and they are out of date, the date on the cartons are....... 4/12/25, not happy, especially as the product contains milk
