Fantastic lens. Brought it for my daughters Nikon d5300 fits and works no need for firmware upgrade. Very light with vibration reduction, so if you are not strong good for handheld shots, less chance of images affected by camera shake. Daughter loves it and opens up the wildlife world of photography.

Works very well with my Nikon D3400 camera body. Sharp auto focus and light weight. Very impressed

If you want a good medium/long range telephoto lens for your DX Nikon that doesn't break your bank account then this is the lens for you. Firstly let me say that the lens I received is brand new and unopened, however it did'nt include a lens hood or bag and it states on the box that it's part of a kit and not to be sold separately but for the price I paid (30% lower than anywhere else) I'm not complaining. The build quality is excellent - my only reservation is that the mount is plastic but with careful handling this is not a problem for me . The autofocus is lightning fast and the stabiliser is very efficient. However, if you on occasion wish to turn these features over to manual, then you have to do it via the cameras menu system - there are no switches on the lens body. I own a D5300 and had to update my camera's firmware to get the stabilisation switch function to the menu system - this was easy-peasy to do. The image quality for your money is excellent - nice and sharp, slight vignetting at max zoom and good contrast. If you want better, you'll have to fork out about three times the amount I paid for a similar specs. Overall a good Nikon lens for not too much money.

Quick focusing, reasonably light to carry and use for handheld photography. Sharp images with my camera.

Purchased this lens to use along side my D7200 for an air show. Very impressed by it considering the price, the auto focus was a tad slow, but when the majority of the targets are moving at 400mph+ it’s no surprise. But still photos came out great.Overall, it’s a good mid range lens to have in the armoury.

Lens arrived on time and well boxed. The lens works well with a nikon d3500. Auto and manual focus very happy with.

The item initially appeared to be as described - 'Used - like new', with the outside of the lens body immaculate and all packaging clean and intact. However, when I removed the lens cap, I immediately saw a stain on the inside front surface, which looked like (for wants of a better description), an oil smear, creating a rainbow effect as the light shone through it.I have returned the item as faulty, as I have no similar issues with my other existing lenses.It seems so obvious to me now, why the item had been sold as used but like new, as the previous buyer must also have spotted the defect straight away.Buyers should beware IMO - and maybe a lessons learnt in buying second hand lenses without inspecting them myself before purchase.

Superb lens, really worth for money. Extremely light and fast autofocus.Took pictures of whole and birds and it has been great. Really happy with this purchase.

Sorprendentemente nitido e silenzioso, anche se la luminosità è quella che è. Attenzione alla compatibilità: per passare alla messa a fuoco manuale, e per disattivare lo stabilizzatore, bisogna utilizzare i menu della fotocamera. Nel mio caso, con la D7500, nessun problema. Rispetto al prodotto Nital, non ci sono i due anni in più di garanzia, però si risparmia parecchio.

Très satisfait du produit. Belles finitions. Silencieux.Attention. Cet objectif n'est pas compatible avec les boitiers dépourvus de moteur. Une pure merveille sur mon D7500. Sur le D3200 de ma femme, il est inutile puisque même la mise au point avec la bague prévue à cet effet est géré par le moteur du boîtier. Donc inutilisable même en manuel.
