Excellent Cornbread!!
365 by whole foods market cornbread has quality ingredients, easy to mix and nice consistency batter. Bakes in the oven for 40 minutes to 45 minutes and comes out golden brown. It's moist and has a wonderful flavor. Slices clean and will feed a family of four to six. It's very reasonable priced for three boxes!

Used the mix according to the recipe on the box to make muffins, which turned out beautiful, with great texture. Unfortunately they are too salty for my taste (I didn't add any salt).
