I have used this knife for several types of food prep. I really like the way it feels in the hand. I've done fine cuts for vegetables with ease. It also cuts like a much larger knife through meat.

Good design and good leather sheath,But the full flat ground, and the hole cut out, now changed to a bottle opener (which is in my opinion stupid because 1 it weakens the blade 2 once you leave the house you also leave the fridge....) are evidently done by free hand of unskilled labor, for $60 or so, one should get a LOT better. It's workmanship so poor that even dollar store items are better.However, the shape is for now unique and suffice for food prep. In reality, I should not be voting with $60 for approval of such substandard workmanship. I should b returning it.If they would bring up the workmanship to western industrial standards, may be it will b worth $40 without the stupid cut out.

I have several of these and have found that the handles come loosed and possibly crack. I re-secured my handle with some screws through the barrel washer. On another I use seal adhesive silicone tape. Either way this knife is not worth more than $20 new and still not worth the trouble

Excellent knife for food prep. Nice sheath is a nice bonus!
