Good if you struggle with MCAS or MTHFR issues
A good choice if you have to be careful of methyl groups. Iam quite reactive to methylated vitamins. This doesn’t make me agitated or unable to sleep like others do. I split it into 4 so I can control the dose and hopefully not react to it.

My son takes these every day and they have changed his life! He is no longer depressed or anxious. I feel like he has his life back!

Happy to Find This Product.
While I am not a fan of sublingual stuff, mainly due to impatience, this is actually the type of replacement you need if you have the MTHFR genetic polymorphism. Folinic acid is much harder to find, but it is a superior product, at least for those of us coping with the mutation. Most doctors think you need 5-methyltetrahydrate. Read up on the difference.

Great for people with autism
Very good for people with Autism. Worth every penny! They’re small chewable tablets, easy to chew and swallow. My son says he likes the taste, I’ve never tried them. The benefit of my son taking this has been so extensive that I make sure I never run out. You gotta find the dose that works for you my son takes 8 of these tablets each morning. There are no adverse effects for him except when my he doesn’t have it I notice more autism related regression in him. I spoke with his pediatrician about it she approved, and it’s a good alternative to Leucovorin but doesn’t have the calcium that Leucovorin has. My son got moody while taking Leucovorin, he doesn’t get moody with this.

I started off with a half for 3 days then a whole one. They taste great and easy to let melt and chew up. I don’t notice much more energy but I’m only on wk 2 or 3.

A game-changer for my Level 3 autistic daughter
If you have a child with sensory sensitivities, you know how hard it is to get them to take supplements. This chewable folinic acid has been a total lifesaver. My daughter is Level 3 and usually rejects anything with a strange texture or medicinal taste, but she takes these without any struggle. It has made our morning routine so much easier. Highly recommend for any "spectrum" parents!
