Is this similar to Hela Curry gewurz?

I think that's the sauce used in currywurst, right? If so, then it is different. Ths is ketchup with curry powder infused in it. However, warmed up I'd bet it would be delicious over wurst.

Is this product vegan?

The ingredients are, tomato purée, distilled vinegar, sugar, apple purée, food starch modified, salt, curry powder, spices, guar-gum, locust bean gum. I assume that it is vegan!

So is the "pack of 1" actually a "pack of 2" as it states in the headline? the quantity is very confusing.

I got 2 bottles when I ordered it. They had that stiff shrink-wrap around the 2 of them, making it a 2-pack (one-third of a six-pack ;^) ). A 'pack of 1' is an oxymoron, as far as I'm concerned. ;^)

Can the Zeisner Curry Sauce br frozen?

No idea. I would say, it is basicly catsup wth curry added. If you can freeze catsup, I would assume you can freeze the curry version.
