Q: What type of fabric is it?

Polyester, fits true to size, no wrinkle problems. I've had mine a few months, washed several times, it doesn't fade. I highly recommend this shirt.

Q: It says hand wash, but that's a deal breaker. Can I wash it in a regular washer? Anyone try this?

I hand wash my purple one by itself because the color runs. I put my black one into my machine's delicate cycle with other items, and line dry.

Q: Does this fit tight through the arms? Is it comfortable in hot weather?

It fits perfectly and I find it to be cool & comfortable in summer weather. I may order it in another color. Thanks!

Q: Is the white see through?

It is quite sheer. And the material is that stretchy spandex stuff. I returned this shirt.
