This thick, sturdy canvas tote is absolutely perfect for collecting and storing logs and chopped wood. It is very long and wide with a very large capacity. I use it for gathering logs and storing firewood. It’s completely enclosed base keeps bits of wood from getting all over the car or garage. It is made of thick, sturdy canvas and has very strong handles. It can hold quite a bit of wood. The appearance is very classy as well as a little bonus.Highly recommended!

We only use wood for our heat and we used to have big buckets that we would keep by the woodstove, full of kindling and smaller wood, and it was ugly and difficult to carry to get more kindling. This is working out perfect, it’s easy to move, It carries a lot, it’s durable. I like that it has tall sides and that you can fit a lot in there easily and you don’t have to put everything in the bag perfectly so it will fit, you can chunk it in there and everything works out. Easy to carry. Haven’t had anything that has even started to poke through the material, it’s pretty thick and seems like it will last a while. I can see many other uses for this bag besides getting kindling too. It would just be good to have around, especially for camping or anything like that.

This bag is really big. Great but you have to be able to lift it. Husband loves it. I love it too because it cradles the wood better than the ones with no ends on the bag. It does keep the bark and dirt inside it. Yay. I also like there are two lengths of handles. As far as "standing up" I didn't find that to be exactly true but whatever. It's a good bag!! Really thick material and good handles.

This bag is nice and large, and it appears to be well made. I like the fact that the handle straps continue all the way around the bottom of the bag. As far as I am concerned, the longer shoulder straps and the buckle/strap are useless and just get in the way. My biggest gripe is that the waxed fabric is not heavy enough, or waxed throughly enough for the bag to hold its shape while you load pieces of firewood into it. As a result, the sides and ends continually flop over, making it hard to add pieces of firewood to the bag. I've had this problem with other bags I've used, and I had hoped that the "waxed canvas" material of this bag would be different. Unfortunately, it is just as floppy as other bags I've had. I would think anyone who uses a bag like this for firewood would find that floppiness as frustrating as I do. Why can't anyone design a firewood bag that will hold its shape so you can load firewood into it without constantly getting the bag itself our of your way?!Revision: Okay, I figured out how to get the bag to remain open while loading firewood. To keep it from flopping over and getting in the way, you can fold down each side to the outside. Doing so has the effect of "reinforcing" each side and keeping it, as well as both ends, upright while you load firewood. I don't know if this is by design, but it works in any case. Given this, I've changed my rating to four stars. A very nice, large capacity firewood hauling bag. Could still be stiffer in my opinion, but it works quite well as it is.

this is a very sturdy log carrier and it is also big. Will use it for car camping. Good value for the money.

I'm wondering why I didn't get one sooner. Strong and well made. The straps go all the way around and won't rip away. Glad I bought it.

I rarely write reviews. But this bag is really good. Good large size. It will fit as much wood as most people are likely comfortable carrying with one arm. Construction seems robust with a good solid week of every day use (wood stove used for heating all day, every day). The way the flaps are designed, its easy to keep it in a nice clean sort of "flop" and not have a mess every time the bag is moved. Two sets of handles (long and short) make it usable for my shorter kids...thanks for that!Good bag.
