Simple and effective for its I tend
This loading pin is the second product I’ve purchased from SYL Fitness. Simple and effective, I use this loading pin for loading my rack-mounted wrist roller. The function and quality generally from SYL Fitness is excellent, the value is tough to beat for sure. Highly recommended.

Simple, strong, great value
Great for the purpose. Simple, strong, and the rubber washer to cushion the plates is a nice touch. Well made and the powder coat finish is classy

Very sturdy pin
Very solid so far as of 3/8/2026 and is very affordable. I use it for arm lifting like for the pinch block, wrist wrench and another arm lifting equipment (I recommend the reader to look into arm lifting, it’s fun) and it’s holding up 100+ lbs so far. I recommend this product for anything training related and it’s worth the price ($15)!

Didn’t like the carabiner, otherwise great.
Awesome, works great. I do not trust the carabiner it came with so replaced that, but otherwise a good deal.

It works well. 4 out of 5
While you "can" use this with Olympic plates, it would be better if the flange at the bottom was just a bit bigger. It BARELY fits an Olympic plate. I ordered it because I have plates with both the 1" and 2" center hole. I just put a 2# plate under my 45's. It'll do.

Bang for your buck
I use this more than any other peice of equipment in my home gym. It's not just versatile, with some adjustment it can be used to target very specific areas. I would recommend this for anyone getting into arm wrestling.
