Not sure if you are aware but let me break this for you. I am a nutraceutical junkie and have been following keto for at least last 2-3 years and there are lots of scammy things going on in here right now. Most or almost all brands on amazon who claim to have bhb salts as ""goBHB"" are actually fake and being sued right now for the false advertising, The trademark, patent and special technology is owned by the company called Compound Solutions so you need to get special licence from them in order to use their special technology which is very, very expensive and hard to obtain.

So most brands out there dont actually use goBHB technology and just simply doing false advertisement by lying on their labels, so who knows whats they actually putting inside their products... And many of them are actually getting sued by Compound Solutions right now, if you google ""Compound Solutions take legal action"" you will see what I am talking about. So the fact that this brand doesnt make those claims, I know they actually use pure good bhb salts that actually have been working for me just fine and with no side effects. So they definitely have my trust and loyalty now. Will definitely stick with them for some time as honesty is a hard thing to come by today.

I'm not on the Keto diet so take what I say with a grain of salt. I received these for my honest opinion and that I will give.My husband lost 45lbs on the Keto diet this year and he's done his fair share of research over it. I asked his opinion before I started them since I'm not actually on a diet and didn't want to hurt my health. He said they may help with my energy and to give them a try.I've been taking them 3x a day on an empty stomach and I can say that I've had plenty more energy. In fact I've skipped naps 5/7 days which is very abnormal for me. I don't know what they'll do for your diet but if you're looking for a nice kick of energy without harmful side effects, this is it.

I didn’t expect it to be so good! A good friend gave this to me when I asked how she managed her weight in the last few days we didn’t see each other “”just to give it a try””. I usually take 400mg of caffeine (plus other things) in regular thermogenic so I can have some energy. But this product gave me exact the same results in the first capsule I took! And better yet, I’m still in ketosis state after a week of using it.I’m more than impressed and totally happy with it. I just ordered my second bottle.And the capsules are not stinky as some other products’. Couldn’t recommend it more!

I will be honest because I have tried many other pills and no change on my body, not even a bowel movement. Keto girl works because Im am actually seeing pounds go down every day and its been 3 days. I use the bathroom a lot so thats good. Plus I am also Dieting and exercising to see better results. Its easy to swallow and theres no flavor to it, no after taste or smell. NOT KETO! I’ve been in keto for few months! Soon as I took this pill... it threw me out of ketosis! And I check my levels multiple times per day!These pills have rice flour in them and it spikes blood sugar and throws you out of ketosis!!! Big waste of time and money! Set me back on my diet for sure I wound have rather ate some pasta to throw me out of ketosis at least I would have enjoyed it!!

Wow, if the last 4 days is what I will achieve, I am over the moon pleased. 5 lbs down and I am not strictly following the Keto diet. Vendor has been checking in and overall this product has been as described. I am cautiously optimistic this will continue.
