Westlab - Sleep Epsom & Dead Sea Bath Salts, 1kg

This is great quality and it's packed with the wonderful floral aroma of lavender with jasmine overtones. I can't really comment about the valerian scent but I googled it out of curiosity and found out that it has a sharp aroma that's usually paired with other calming herbs. I'm unsure if valerian added into your bath will produce the same effects as taking valerian orally for insomnia. Nevertheless, the aroma of these wonderful bath salts really do make you feel relaxed and ready for a good night's shut eye. I really love lavender and I think it's an underrated floral. The bath salts do it justice, especially by toning it down a little with jasmine.This is worth buying as an alternative to bath bombs. This product contains both epsom salt and dead sea salt, making it great for the skin, circulation, and achy joints. My husband finds that it makes a difference to his restless legs too.

Great price. Quick primer delivery. Great smell in the warm relaxing bath 3 hand fills in filled bath. Great relaxing for a long soak.

Smells great. My only quarrel is the bag was busted open in one area. But I didn't seem to have lost anything. It still appeared to be a full product.

The smell is beautiful, really lavendery! The Epsom salts and warm bath water are good for muscle aches, so this is great after a run, cycle or long walk. It’s also very comforting, so if you just feel the need for a soulful soak, this does the job. It’s especially good, pre-bedtime. Also, it’s so cheap, I bought 4 together!

I have bought these many times, simply because they are very good. They smell amazing and definitely help with aches and pains. Highly recommend and would definitely buy again 👍

Aangezien ik zelf geen bad heb, heb ik het meegenomen op vakantie. Na een paar handjes in het bad te hebben gedaan was ik benieuwd hoe mijn nachtrust zou zijn. Om eerlijk te zijn merkte ikzelf niet zo’n verschil. Maar dat kan aan mij liggen. Er is was voor mij verder niks mis mee om hiermee te badderen en het ruikt lekker. Ik zou zeggen probeer het.Een warm bad is altijd een ware weldaad.

Super bien pour se détendre et soulager les douleurs

Sali profumatissimi che appena aperti hanno diffuso profumo di lavanda in tutta la casa. Io li ho usati per fare delle bomboniere (sali da bagno in provetta) profumatissime ma essendo bianchi li ho mescolati insieme ad un altro sale alla lavanda di color viola e a boccioli di lavanda. Il risultato è bellissimo e spero saranno apprezzate anche nell’utilizzo.
