Fresh Comfort Easy Open Front Close Bra - 1009

I had hoped this bra would work for me. I wear a 44DD and need front closure because of my arthritic shoulders. When I first tried this item on, I had some trouble managing the Velcro closing method. It took some study to understand just how it should work. Once I had it on, I found that the moveable molded pads in each cup clearly were not designed for my sagging DD breasts, no matter how I struggled to reposition the pads, and/or my girls. When I finally did get it to an acceptable position, I found the bra to be VERY comfortable, but I don't think it would have held up long under the weight. I suspect it would stretch out quickly. I also suspect that the small plastic snap at the top would hold up under the weight.All in all, I'd say this is a very nice bra for smaller women. I considered how my mother would have fared with it when she was in her 80's and needing a front-closure bra. She, too, had shoulder problems, but was not nearly my size. I do not think it would have worked for her for 2 reasons. First, it is still a challenge to get it on when one or both shoulders are troublesome, but more importantly she would not have been able to master the Velcro closure due to her growing senility. I also doubt she could have managed the small plastic snap. However, as she was in a nursing home, with some assistance, it might have been a great, comfortable choice for her. She could have napped comfortably in this bra.I would not recommend it to anyone of size or with limited shoulder mobility.

Very easy for my 98 year old mother to put on with shaky hands. Stays in place without pinching, and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has problems with bras that hook and want a front closing bra. Much easier than the ones that pull over the head. Would definitely buy a size or two larger for elderly people to make it easier to put on.

The fit is fine, but I think even with the velcro open front this bra will be hard to get on with arthritis or a torn rotator cuff as it is advertised. The loop for the front velcro is too small and need to be folded to fit through. The tiny little snaps in the middle are hard to snap shut. Overall I like the bra, but it is not what it was advertised to be.

Post total reverse shoulder replacement I was on the hunt for a bra that would not hurt me. This one worked! The fit is good and I like the velcro closing as I have a nerve damaged hand that is very weak.

I truly love the concept of this bra, and as an aging woman I find it exceptional in its' fit. I was surprised and how large the tab that goes in the D ring is however. Actually had to read the instructions to see by squeezing, it worked well. The one thing I am unsure of so far is if, with a syndrome called "thoracic outlet syndrome" (pinched nerves/blood supply to arms) if I will be able to wear it or if it will put my arms to sleep and irritate the muscles. The reason for that is because it is so well constructed, and well done. I am hoping it will work; best fit (comfort!) I have found. (I need to hunt on their site!)

I needed a few bras after hand surgery with front closures. This bra is much too confusing to close with the velcro and the loop. I wore it a couple times but it is very uncomfortable and threw it out as I couldn't wear it.

I ordered a large because of the reviews and it fits well. I am having shoulder surgery tomorrow and I think this will work out well and be much easier than a standard bra. Very nice fabric and comfortable ! Best one I have seen on here for 'surgery '

Bought this for my mom who has Parkinson’s. It’s perfect. With her limited movement abilities it was challenging finding any bra that could work. I was worried about her getting the tab through the d-ring but she said it was not a problem. I am so thankful that someone has though to make bras for those with limited abilities.
