Fits well, space for my phone keys inhaler and even a snack! I am not finding it super comfortable when running, but hopefully will get used to it. The straps are a bit fiddly to adjust but seems like it will fit small-large sizes. I bought a small bottle to fit.

The pocket is a bit tight for my pro max phone and the water bottle holder is too small for standard tall bottle

I use this for short hikes when all I need to carry is my phone, my car keys and some water. This pack is perfect for that. It holds a 500ml bottle of water firmly and a large smart phone. It would also be good for jogging as the whole thing fits snuggly (adjustable) around the waist.I’ve just bought a second one for my friend so that we can go out birding together.

This belt has a substantial clip and fits very comfortably around the waist. It functions both as a belt for running, cycling and walking (money, phone keys easily stored in zipped compartment) - unlike an ordinary bum bag, it also has a convenient, secure holder for a small water bottle. Clever design has angled the bottle holder at 45% so a) it wont fall out and b) you can easily "draw" it and push it back.This is massively handy - if you want quick, easy in and out you just have to make sure the water bottle isn't a huge one (use a 250/300ml or slim 500ml). Lots of functions on this well made belt and excellent for keeping hands free.

Not suitable for running, strap not elasticated so it either bounces up and down or spins round - bottle holder is good though - tried it round waist, hips in between - ending having to put my top over it to keep it in place which rubbed - would be ok for walking

Is pretty good for the price, sturdy, good storage for phone & gels etc. my standard 500ml water bottles won’t fit but disposable water bottles you can purchase from any store will or a slim bottle. I’d recommend
