squeezes his legs
I was so excited to get these for my son and they seem to be good and in great condition but the top strap on the inside squeezes his legs (its stiff) and it hurts him bad. It also left a bruise on both legs. Debating if I should keep it or give it a few more days to stretch it out since it is brand new! He really likes it and was trying to be tough throughout the painful trying...I give him a thumbs up! Does anyone know if it gets better if its used more or is it stiff and tight like this permanently? UPDATE: Its actually the bolt on the inside that attaches the strap that is hurting him. Gonna try some memory foam to pad it and see if that helps!

Easy to learn and lots of fun
I bought these for my 11 year old son (about 90 lbs) sort of under duress (Frankly, I didn't like the price!). I don't know how he found them or got so intrigued by them, but be that as it may, they were his Christmas present. They came out of the box ready to go (or pretty much ready to go; I certainly didn't do anything and he appeared to just put them on). I thought he would have to spend days learning to balance on these bottoms that looked about 3-4 inches in diameter. But it was amazing; he put them on, hardly ever lost any balance, and was running around the garage in no time. They loosened up over the next few hours, so bouncing was easier. They caused some soreness around the shin where the strap is, but not much. He decided to bounce to church, which was a few miles away, with my husband walking with him. This didn't work out, lol, because he was fairly exhausted after close to a mile. Were they worth the money? Probably. They are great fun and he really likes them. They are extremely sturdy and well constructed, so there are no complaints from me about cheap parts or whatever. Why am I sounding somewhat hesitant? Probably because jumping on small rock-things, perhaps feeling unstable, and being 18" taller than I currently am, is not very appealing. To my 11 year old - it's a dream.

color
They are great for my kid, fun and exercise. He like the red ones, and we received the blue color.

These are AWESOME! We bought them for our athletic 11 year old granddaughter for Christmas thinking they would offer a bit of a learning curve to get accustomed to them---nope! She has had them three days and she is already RUNNING down the street in them! Refuses to take them off except at bedtime. The best buy of Christmas!

These are pretty bad ass
These are pretty bad ass, but if your kid is too light, like mine, the jumping ability is not impressive because you need roughly 75 pounds at a minimum to compress the fiberglass bow spring to the point where you'll get a decent rebound. I tried them (I am ~150 lbs.) and they were great, but I am too heavy and did not want to break them, so only for a few minutes. Definitely a quality product.

Great! Good fun.
Got these for my 9 year old for his birthday. He loves them and was up and running pretty quickly. I make sure he's got knee pads, wrist guards and helmet, but he's only taken one spill. They definitely come out of the box pretty stiff, but they seem to be loosening up. He's only about 70 lbs though.

Happy with purchase.
My 11yr old son is really enjoying these. He mostly runs and bounces around on them. They are comfortable and work great.

For more height and bounce I would recommend a closer weight
On time delivery and a high quality product . However I bought these for my son who is at the lower end of the weight bracket for this size , making it a safer activity . For more height and bounce I would recommend a closer weight match
