Comprehensive Review
There's various versions of this desk on Amazon and after looking through the pictures, I decided that it was either this one or the one by VIVO. However, they bumped their price for the led lamp model and so I've went with baby care instead. The QA on this product leaves much to be desired. The holes were completely misaligned so much on the chair that the first one I recieved can't even be put together. Frustrated, I put back the pieces and planned to do a full return. I decided to reach out to the seller first though to see if there's other solution. They offered a few but I really want a functional version of this desk so they proceeded to send out another desk. It got here within two or three days, which was great. I have nothing bad to say about the customer service.Again however, while the holes were much better aligned this time, one of the bigger holes in the chair where you are suppose to connect the middle rod has a metal part protruding in the middle. There's no way to connect the rod unless we drill through the hole (so Anazon, looks like I'm be getting drill bits to drill through metal). That said, the rod isn't exactly necessary to assemble the chair and I ended up assembling it without.Next, as far as directions, the manual was ok. The parts were decently labeled. However, the holes are very hard to screw in. The chair was incredibly difficult to put together. I had to put the seat piece on the L shape pieces before attaching it to the stand because otherwise, the seat piece won't be able to fit over the L pieces as instructed. I WAS able to complete the chair assembly. In contrast, the table assembly was incredibly easy and went by 5x faster. I probably spent an hour on the chair and no more than 10 to 15 on the table.Lastly, while it is adjustable height, it's not so easy to adjust due to the misalignment. I had to loosen up a few screws to adjust the chair... but at the end of the day, it is adjustable and it is stable.Product after assembly ****Aesthetics *****Assembly process *Ease of adjustable height **Customer Service *****Recommendation ****You should buy it if you are okay working through the assembly because the end product is just what I'm looking for. I love the book stand, the led light, the tilt and the drawers. Because the company stands by the product, I would go ahead and see if you would get a less error proned version than mine. Had the company not ship out a second desk, this review would have been very different. I actually felt a bit bad since it's likely a manufacturer issue rather than the resellers'.

This is a scam product ! Low quality but the most expensive one. Do not buy
I bought it in January 2020 and both table and chair did not last more than 6 months. Chair when moved up from lowest position tilts on one side as the lock mechanism within the chair leg got damaged. Table has its height adjustment mechanism failed completely and can not be raised at all. I tried to fix myself but no success and I am going to trash them now. What a waste of money. Table is small and can barely contain two books at a time.

Great Quality & Adjustable Height !!!
The desk was really easy to assemble took about 30 minutes for both. So impressed with the quality and sturdiness. We have a 3 year old and a 5 year old and the features to be able to adjust height of seat and desk are great. With potential for years of use as they grow. Starting are first year of pre-k and kindergarten homeschooling. Just starting to set up a designated area for them to learn. Took us awhile to decide but as soon as we discovered this item were top of desk is also adjustable and lighting and book holder. It was a no brainer. Delivery was great took 4 days to receive from when ordered.

Awesome desk, awful chair
We've had these about a year now. We bought two in gray and pink for our girls who are both preteen-sized. The desks are great but I am replacing the chairs. The desks adjust well and seem fairly sturdy even with being moved around a lot, a benefit of the small size of the desk compared to a more office type desk. The desktop is wide and can be angled and relied on to stay in place if screwed in tightly. The drawers have survived one child who likes to stuff it very full as well as pleased the one that likes everything in its place with all the nooks and cubbies. We tightened down the bookholders and they work for propping up their little Chromebooks while working on the desk portion, though this is definitely a use-at-your-own-risk thing. I strongly suggest only doing this for things that don't require typing or otherwise using the keyboard, and the company does not suggest you use it at all in this way. There is plenty of room on the desktop for both computer and notebook, but propping it up during art projects has been very useful. One kid even makes little videos with her computer's webcam aimed down at what she is doing on the desk. The little bookbag hook on the side is wide enough to both hang their computer chargers and their headphones and can be easily moved from one side to the other when moved to a new space. The lamp has enough settings to cover any situation but not be too much of a distraction. It is unfortunate that it has a kind of short cord but this is only a problem in certain positions, usually already remedied by using the overhead light. It was worth the cost just for the desk itself.Which is a good thing, because the chairs are terrible. They are adjustable from little kid sized up to full teen size - which turns out to be a bad thing in chairs. If we had left it at the lowest setting they'd probably only be annoying, with little squeaks and no real problems. But, to be at a comfortable level for my little Amazons they had to be in about the middle position, which means every time they move the chairs rock along where the pieces fit together. They weren't particularly comfortable at the start but were better than the desks I sat in as a kid in brick-and-mortar. They've become much more uncomfortable as wear and tear has quickly accumulated. I had hoped something meant to be adjustable over the course of 10-12 years would last more than a year before becoming so unpleasant to use, especially with light use. I have one that likes to rock in her chair (a fairly minimum amount as I can hear her two rooms away doing it and can remind her not to) which shows they are more stable than you'd expect - but now every time she shifts her weight, it creaks and pops like it's going to fall apart. What is crazy is that the other chair is used less, not rocked in, and is actually falling apart as the bolts keep popping out after she sits on it a few times in a row. The pieces have so far stayed together long enough to notice and put them back in, but the more they loosen as the soft metal of the bolt bites into the softer metal of the frame the less safe it becomes. We are replacing the chairs with more office style seats, but I figure the desks will work for at least the next several school years. Even just moved to a corner of their room and used as a project space, it will still be useful. If you can find a desk exactly like this for cheaper it would probably be worth it, otherwise I suggest this one and just don't plan on using the chairs for anything other than backup. I gave four stars for being easy to assemble as it is incredibly easy to do, but it's specifically that causing most of the problem. If they were attached at a few more points they wouldn't rock and wear down the way they do. Three for sturdiness as the average between the chair and desk.

Defective product
I got this for my 8 year old daughter. The product is defected and the chair is really tilted at the back support. The assembly took too long over 2hrs approximately and after that it was found that the chair is defective. I had to exert pressure to get the pin hole and my husband then put the nut, so two people were needed to do that. I am attaching a picture of the same here.

Hard to adjust height
It can be difficult to adjust the height. Chair tends to be lopsided and never stays level.
