I bought this product expecting something like a boost in energy ir muscle growth. It's just a blue drink. I take protien powders. This for me was pointless. I really don't know what I expected from it.

Apple flavour tastes good. Don't be deceived by the size of the tub.
Item arrived on time, well packaged. As per title, I like the apple flavour, feels refreshing. But the portion size is very little compared to the size of the tub. This has been mentioned in other reviews as well. Don't see why the manufacturer has to resort to such practices to sell their items. I suppose this practice is not limited to just a single supplier.

Good product but less than 25% full!
My go-to product intra workout but the tub was less than a quarter full when I opened-not good value for money!Hopefully next time it won’t be like this or will have to buy elsewhere!

Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Product should be stored out of the reach of children. The food supplement should not be a substitute for a varied and healthy diet.
