Can I use each ear bud independently for making and receiving phone calls? so i can charge the other one thats not being used?

Yes you can use both ear buds separately while one is charging.

Why will music only play through the left ear bud? Both worked, then neither, now only left.

Hey Donerton, i had the same problem today and i managed to make them play at the same time again. First place the earbuds on charging box again after unpair the earbuds from your device and also turn off your Bluetooth, onces you have all that take the earbuds from the charging box and press R and L earbud at the same time. Onces you done that lights with flash at same time and they will be paired to eachother, now reconnect to your device and should be working both of them at the same time . If you still have any problems let me know

Are these okay to wear in the pool? Planning to keep my phone (for Bluetooth music) in a bag nearby, and I never immerse my head fully underwater?

I haven't tested them in water and I suspect they mean waterproof as in wearing them in rain. But, I should imagine they would be fine so long as you don't drench them by swimming....
