Good quality but not 20 ounces
Nice thick glass, the lid stays on well. Obviously it’s not leak proof since it’s a straw. My only disappointment is that it’s not actually 20 oz. it’s more like 17-18 oz when lid is on.

Missed lid
Just received, the package seems broken and the lid is missed. The rest of products looks fine. Can you resend me the lid?

Pretty but natural has drawbacks.
Wanted to reduce plastic with dissappointing results. The bamboo lid is collects moisture and is moldering because there is no airflow. It is washed regularly. I will have to go back to plastic sadly.

After just a hand wash it looks old.
The cup its fine, nice yellow cover but the cap super cheap.I guess you get what you pay for!Not recommended

Have one in each color!
Love these cups. Purchased my first one over a year ago for my morning espresso. Works well for hot coffee with cream and sugar. When my coffee is gone I rinse the lid and let it air dry. No mold issues here. The sleeve comes off. Everything is easy to wash. Also purchased glass straws to go with these. Now have one of every color and will be buying more.
