I'm diabetic and allergic to gluten, this option is very low in carbs, gluten free. For a person like that haven't been able to eat pasta for years, this option is fabulous. It tastes very good, i made a red sauce with veggies and chicken. Very easy instructions and simple and healthy ingredients. Very happy! I would buy again and 100% recommend

Trust me, I never write reviews but had to for this product. If made properly, cauliflower mash can taste like mashed potatoes. This, so called pasta "alternative" taste like crap. My wife and I are big time into Keto, and this product is NOT an option EVER AGAIN. It just tastes weird. I'll never buy this brand again. We've decided, the only way to have pasta, while respecting our Keto diet, is to just eat a smaller portion of pasta and enjoy the flavor we always expect. Spend your money on this overly priced crap and waste your money and your meal. Those that have given 2,3,4, or 5 stars are nuts and I'd never eat their home cooked meals! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

I don't know what it's made of, some kind of vegetable I think. The noodles are all 5 inch length and just a hint of crunch to them. Zucchini noodles are cheaper, better tasting, and available everywhere for less.A large zucchini has about 498 mg of carbs. Thats less than these pasta noodles.

This spaghetti has the best texture of any pasta replacement I've tried. Pretty neutral taste. Good with lots of sauce and other ingredients, the more the better in my opinion. Sometimes you will bite into a very woody/stringy piece but not that often. We eat this at least once a week at my house.

Giving this 2 stars because the taste wasn't terrible. It was easy to prepare, and just needed to be heated up. But this will never be a pasta substitute. It tastes like a mild vegetable - but nothing close to pasta. I'm doing the Whole30 eating plan and this seems to be a popular choice for people. I prefer spaghetti squash to this. Also this was very expensive for just 9 oz. Better off eating vegetables or squash.

Best replacement instead of spaghetti noodles

This product is amazing, I will never eat pasta or rice again! I incorporated this almost every meal every night now! Great flavor, good for you, and it tricks your brain into thinking you’re eating rice and pasta, which is amazing!!!
