I bought this with minimal expectations. I have spinal stenosis and I had hurt my back so it was extremely painful standing in one place for more than five minutes. One time of using this and my pain was gone. I am really shocked how well it works. I use it every few days to make sure the pain doesn't come back. I'm so thankful I bought it.

I had a really bad case of sciatica and was looking for this to be able to help me but instead it caused me more pain and I ended up returning it. Such a great disappointment

Did not help in alleviating chronic lower back pain. A bit complicated to set up for a senior. This was recommended by a chiropractor but did not work for me.

This really works for my wife's back. I also ordered a much cheaper knockoff product that looks exactly the same, but it IS NOT. The bags wouldn't stay inflated on that cheap version. This will take some work to get the foot extension just right and we are still trying to get a handle on the best way to use it, and you will be sore for the first few days (and sore in weird places like your side muscles and such) but it does decompress and give benefit very well. This item was actually recommended by her chiropractor who has a top end decompression machine as a supplement during the week to help her issues.

We recieved this product with hopes to alleviate some lower back pain open the convenient bag and laid the product out only to find a piece broken. The design looks sufficient enough to allow the customer to enjoy some pain free moments.However, the construction of the valve is a cheap plastic valve. I understand that i may be one of hundreds and the only one to have this happen. I also think that a metal valve would be more fruitful for long term and possibly heavy use.I do want to mention that i did not contact the seller over this as for me the plastic valve was just a bad point in my opinion.

Received the Posture Pump in an overly large box. Nothing to assemble, just needs to be adjusted to your particular size and it works exactly like it is supposed to. You place the belt on the floor, you adjust the length of the stirrups per the instructions, you fasten the belt around your waist and pump up the inflatable bladders that sit at the small of your back. Then you straighten your legs to pull the entire belt down and towards your pelvis. Simple. But I guess everyone's back problem is a little different and caused by specific and particular conditions so to expect that one apparatus will work perfectly for everyone is wishful thinking. I'm sure there are people that benefit from the amount of lift and traction that is exerted on their spine. Because I suffer from Sciatic nerve pinching, I had hoped that the operating action of this item on my spine would alleviate some of the pressure that is causing the nerve to be pinched. It did not do that though the advertising had mentioned that it helps with sciatic pain as well. I sadly found that if anything, it aggravated my pain instead of alleviating it. Nothing wrong with the apparatus that I could tell, it just wasn't working for my condition. Hopefully if you give it a try, it will work for you. Returning it was easy as usual with the liberal return policy here on Amazon. My quest for pain relief continues...

I like the product, but if your back is chronically stiff or tight, you should really and truly start out super slow and easy. For me, just getting onto the equipment was a challenge at first, but I’ve improved, so “so far so good”. It’s still early times, but I am under the supervision of my chiropractor, and I will report in after more time has passed and we are more sure of our opinions. I give this product five stars because their is no other tool that I have found that will help you treat yourself in this way.

I took a chance and ordered this for my back pain. This works really well although I don’t use the foot portion to stretch out. The foot part doesn't work for me - I don’t feel a stretch so I just use the back part. I first used this everyday for 2 weeks and now just once a week. It works really well.
