These brushes are fantastic! I started buying ecoTools brushes about 2 years ago. They were only somewhat more expensive than the brushes that I had purchased in the past, but they are a world apart in terms of quality and effectiveness. This kit had all the brushes I wanted to fill out my collection. I wanted an additional foundation/buffer brush - this one has a great sized one that helps blend powder foundation and add a finisher. The wider flat brush is perfect for concealer! The last three are great for eyes and lips.I have very sensitive skin and many brushes I've had in the past have irritated my skin. These don't. The bristles are soft, but pick up and hold powder well. They also apply evenly. The bristles also stay put; I have not seen any loose bristles while using these brushes, even after over 2 years of use.The case is pretty and can hold more than just these brushes. Although the case looks like a pouch in this picture, it actually folds and zippers up. The fabric cup at the bottom helps hold the case upright when it's open, so you have a place to put your brushes as you are applying makeup.The handles are about the length of an average pen - not including the bristles, which is a comfortable length. The handles also have a nice finish.

I love this brushes! I've been using them daily for about 6 months, and they are still very like-new soft. Speaking of soft, these are very smooth on my skin, and I never wince from the "rough-brush" feeling.I haven't notices any bristles coming out, and the bristles don't separate or lose shape like cheap brushes always do. I normally wash my brushes at least once a month, and they are still holding up like new.The eyeshadow brushes are shaped so that I don't experience much (if any) fallout. You know how some brushes can fling eyeshadow during application. (If you are having this problem though, it could in part be the eyeshadow you are using. Many brands contain wayyyyy too much talc and similar fillers that contribute to this problem and have poor staying power. Lorac eyeshadow is my favorite! :))The case that they come in is very nice, stylish, and understated.I will purchase this brand of brushes again, reasonable price for outstanding brushes.

I was using the same brushes for over 3 years. They were becoming brittle and I knew they were long overdue to be replaced.I got this set for 2 reasons:1) It was reasonably priced2) It came with the 3 brushes I use (powder, eye shadow, and smudge).I am quite impressed with these brushes. They hold on to powder/shadow well and give a smooth application. They are also SUPER soft. Love them.This set comes with a cute, zippered clutch. On the inside, there are little slots where you put your brushes. It is a bit hard to get them in there. So, I don't really use them. Instead, I just throw the brushes in the clutch without putting them in the slots. No biggie.

I love the EcoTools brand. This kit has the essentials of what you need and the quality you want. The brushes are soft and durable. The bag is very sturdy and not so bad looking. I've gotten a few compliments. I am happy with this purchase

Nice set of brushes for everyday use. I like the bag because you can zip it and use it for travel.

I originally bought this because my other set of make up brushes were falling apart. This set includes everything that I need for basic make up looks. The "case" shown in the picture is actually a zip-able semi-hard case! This makes everything so much easier to carry and the brush holders hold everything in place! The brushes are so soft and the hair doesn't come off at all! I would definitely buy this as a gift for someone that's starting to use make up since the price is affordable too!

I am so disappointed. They send me another set. I don't like the quality of this one, the brushes look so cheap. The only thing that I like is the case. I have another one like in the pictures, which I bought in 2013 and I love it. But this order, after 3 years is definitely disappointed me.

i got this to have a set of brushes to keep in my purse for when i'm running super late and have to apply my makeup on the go. the case folds and zips to a slim size--8 inches long by a little over 2 and a half inches wide-- it's convenient to fit in a good-sized purse. it has enough room to throw some extra brushes in there as well, i added 3 mini face brushes and a few extra eye ones i had so now i have all the tools i need for a complete face in this sleek little case and i don't have to worry about them getting damaged in my makeup bag. the brushes this set comes with are good quality and blend product well. they are the same quality as the other ecotools brushes i have; they wash and hold up well with no shedding.

As always great quality brushes from ecotools. The handy little bag that comes with it is perfect for tucking into the handbag. You could skip the brushes and pop in a lipstick and mascara instead. The set is better value for money if purchased against individual brushes so even if you only need one or two of these brushes I would definitely recommend purchasing the set instead.

This is my first set of ecotools brushes and mann I'm impressed.... The brushes came properly pack and secure nothing to worry...i have many Makeup Revolution brushes nd Real Techniques ones too but they stand nothing in front of these...So soft & well made....I love how nicely they pic up the product. Well sized brushes, the pouch is also useful & can easily accommodate all your brushes plus many more...great for while travelling...plus its an eco friendly brand and i'm all about it....ordering some more from this brand coz yess they're that nice...great deal...just go for it (:

Soft and no noticeable shedding. The eyeshadow brush is a little too big for me, but still works. The bag it comes with is stiff and sturdy. Good quality for the price.
