I might have found a new favorite. I love hot sauces. I belong to a hot sauce of the month club that sends 3 a month. Plus I buy 5-6 more each month to try. This is one of the absolute best out there. A great consistency and the right amount of heat--nothing over the top but with enough on my tacos tonight I could feel it. I love spicy but prefer taste over excess heat and this was perfect. I came back to order a few more.

Very good, complex flavor, and I enjoyed this on a wide range of dishes. Its subtly smoky flavor meant I enjoyed it more on pork or chicken dishes. But if you like a good burn, I would pass. This hot sauce is really very mild.To put into perspective, if you like hot sauces like Blair's After Death, Dave's Insanity, or Endorphin Rush, then you will be disappointed by Hot Lady, and looking for something else after a bite or two.If you find Texas Pete or original Tabasco to be acceptably spicy, then you'll enjoy Hot Lady hot sauce.

I had the owner while working one day at my store. Got to know him a little and he told me about this hot sauce he made and I tried it and a little over a month I put it on everything from chili to my wings. It’s one of hot sauces that just can mesh well with most dishes if that makes any sense. Big thumbs up to the brand and I’m looking forward to buying more of this in the future!

This sauce has great flavor and is tasty to use on a wide variety of foods but it is very mild and not spicy at all. If you are looking for something to give your food some bite then look somewhere else. I'll probably finish this bottle in less than 2 weeks.

We love this sauce. I got a bottle about two weeks ago and it has now been a part of almost every meal. My 10 year old son was a Texas Pete’s devotee but he switched to HotLady after one taste. It’s got the perfect blend of heat and sweet. The flavor has a little bit of that Sriracha vibe and tastes great on everything from eggs to pork to dumplings. Love it.

I’ve ordered this hot sauce about 4 times in a few months. It tastes great. It’s the kind of spicy that tastes good but won’t destroy your mouth - and a little bit sweet too! The sting version though? That’s no joke, my mouth is still burning 10 minutes after eating my food. Still tastes great though.

I’ve been using this hot sauce on my eggs and chicken thighs that I eat most days and it’s great. It has a nice balance between the flavor of the sauce and the hotness. It is not as hard on my stomach as other hot sauces I’ve tried, which is a plus. I also love the presentation of the bottle and logo, which are very classy and high quality.I highly recommend this!
