Better to use a nail silicone pen. 4. Seal it with UV GEL Top or No-Wipe Top coat to get a smooth surface. WHITE BASE: If you apply flake powder on the white colour base coat you will get the MERMAID/PEARL EFFECT BLACK BASE: If you apply flake powder on the black colour base coat you will get the CHAMELEON / HOLOGRAPHIC EFFECT NAIL FLAKE POWDER with BROKEN GLASS MIRROR EFFECT. No need to use foil or polish.

Very misleading, thought I was buying a set of seven different colours, actually only one pot arrived, the blue/purple one. It might have been my fault, but i did check and it wasn't obvious to me.It's very expensive for one tiny pot of glitter and if i'd realised it was just one i wouldn't have bought it at all.It's a bit more tricky to apply than the powders as the flakes are bigger so it's a bit messy.
