Product simply just doesn't do anything. As far as I can tell it's just 5 LEDs that light up no matter what.I've motored the signal while turning the unit on and off. It has absolutely no impact on the signal.Yes I did register it with my carrier. Yes I followed all instructions. Just does not work.Edit: After quite a few weeks of troubleshooting and the vendor shipping me new antennas, and eventually a whole new amplifier it seems to be working as it should. Raising my review a star until I get a chance to really test it out in the field. Customer support was always friendly and willing to help though.

Plugged it in and cell signal boosted from -100db to -80db. I was hoping for a stronger signal boost since I had seen a WeBoost 4G-X boost my signal from the same location by about 40db. It could be that I just need a bigger antenna. I like the small form factor and low power draw. Since my vehicle is steel body, the magnet antenna mount works great.

Complete Crap! Bought this for a low spot in carpool line. This did NOTHING to amplify the signal. Same crappy AT&T service and this did nothing to help!!! See pictures. No service at all on my iWatch. I even made sure i had the right signal settings. Still bad service!!!

I'm not sure why there's so many negative reviews, but I have had no problem with this. The big thing is to get the outside antenna high up and centralize the inside antenna in the area where you use the phone or hotspoting. This is on top of my RV, and does well. I always have full bars.

We no longer have a three hour no cell service area on our 800 mile drive from WA to NV. We make the drive regularly and have seen some life threatening crashes and no cell Svc. Now we feel safe the whole way!

I work in the oilfield in west Texas and I'm using this on location tomorrow tell yall if it's any good so far in the small town will crappy cell towers iv had full bars since installing but the real test is tomorrow will update after work

It did not perform as described.

I had a wilson moblie phone booster for 12 years and they quit making parts for it .this phone booster isn't half as good as the Wilson phone boosters
