Q: Is the material cover comfortable to lay on?

I ordered this table so I could stretch my wife(who suffers from als) arms and legs. The table is comfortable for her to lay on but she a needs pillow under her head. This could be more from the als then having anything to do with the table.

Q: I am thinking of this table for physical therapy exercises as it's difficult for me to do them on the floor. Will this be good for that purpose? Thx.

Yes! I am 81 yrs old, I am unable to get on the floor to do some exercises for my spine, but this table has helped me keep my back aligned. It is easy for me to open and fold when I am done with it, it stores easily behind my bedroom door against the wall. I cannot bend to place it under my bed.

Q: Does it come with a storage case for transporting?

Q: Are there just two height settings (16 inches or 24 inches) or is the height adjustable at any height from 16 to 24 inches?
