Lovely cast iron teapot
I love this pot. I make tea in it and set it on a warmer that holds the temprature. It is just big enough for two or three cups of tea. It is small but perfect for one person or two if not drinking multiple cups. It is very cute and It really gets noticed on my kitchen counter. It is cast iron so you need to dry it completely. It is heavy and keeps the tea perfect temprature when placed on the warmer (purchased separately). I love it so much I have thought about buying the larger size but really don't need it. I pour boiling water into it, if using on a stove be careful as handle gets hot. It is well constructed and will last forever if cared for.

Love it!
I absolutely love this kettle! This is the 22 oz kettle. I took a picture with an average size coffee mug beside it to give a realistic idea of its size. It was much smaller than I thought it would be, but I love it none the less! It works great and my water is heated in about 5 minutes. I am excited to see how this little kettle does when my husband and I go camping next year and use it with our camp stove for smaller hot water needs. The handle stays cool, as well as the knob on the lid, making it easy and safe for pouring. Being made of cast iron, it also retains heat between cups of tea or hot cocoa so there is no need to reheat between cups. The ceramic coating is great because we have hard water and our old kettle had a lot of build up from calcium and other particulates in the water. This kettle has not shown any evidence of build up, possibly due to it being smaller and we do not allow the water to sit since we drink a lot of tea and hot cocoa, so the water is used up with each use. Highly recommend! Great investment! Due to the materials used to make it, it is versatile!

Unique and Darling Teapot
Could hardly decide on which color to get—finally chose Purple/lavender. I knew it was going to be smaller than what I would have liked, but I’m fine with the two cup servings. I do wish the top had a lock when I tilt it to pour—would definitely be an improvement. When I read that it could possibly rust—that was a turnoff, however, I decided to take a chance on that issue, because the teapot is so darling and easy to clean, and if it does rust around the lip, I’ll use it to hold zinnias from my flower garden. A win-win! So far, no rust, and I’m loving this darling teapot.

Nice small kettle for one or two users
So I am an American user of this kettle. I state this upfront because I tend to make a mug of tea or coffee and not a small tea cup size amount. This kettle hold just enough water for two mug size cups of tea. I am also using it for black tea and not green tea. Not sure if it makes a difference. The kettle is heavy, but I like that and it feels like solid cast iron. We have an induction range at it takes 6 minutes to come to a full boil. Maybe slow by some standards but fast enough for me. You need to check on the kettle to see steam or the water spitting out the spout to know when it’s boiling. There is no whistle so you need to use your sense. While listening to Metallica and doing woodwork…….just watch the kettle or it’ll boil all over the place. Thankfully on an induction stove it doesn’t matter and just cleans glass. I bought this kettle after having a large electric kettle that I hardly used. I wanted something small and something that blended with the kitchen better. My wife likes the blue color so aesthetically it works. One con is that the lid should have a small bump on one edge so the lid doesn’t slip off when you tilt it to get the last drops out. It’s hot and cast iron so you don’t want to hold it in place but get ready with a pot holder. I think this kettle will last the rest of my life unless I drop it. Value is really good in my view.

Beautiful but Extremely Small
This is definitely not what I expected. However it is truly beautiful. It is heavy and feel of great quality, but It is very very very small. It literally fits in the palm of my hand. I would never boil water in this. Instead, I decided to use it as a decorative item. It was a bit pricey and I know it says heat resistant and things of that nature, but I'd never use it.

My Favorite Teapot
I've had this teapot for about a year now, and I just want to say that it's my absolute favorite! The teapot is beautiful and has remained perfectly rust-free so far. I was a little bit worried when I first bought it because cast iron does rust quickly when exposed to water. However, if you follow the care instructions, there is no issue at all. The inside of the pot has a really nice coating that keeps the rust away as long as you empty the pot and keep it dry when not in use. It's very easy to clean; all it needs is to be emptied, rinsed, and dried. I don't usually boil water in the teapot itself; I boil it in my electric kettle and then pour it into the teapot, so I don't care that it doesn't whistle. I keep the tea warming on the stove in the pot though, and it's perfect for keeping brewed tea at the right temperature so it doesn't grow cold. Also, anyone who complains about the pot burning them is probably the sort of person who would blame a cast iron skillet for burning them when it's hot on the stove. That's a user error, not the teapot’s fault. When the pot is hot on the stove, I use a hand towel to pour, even though the handle does a pretty good job of remaining cool.

I'm the cutest little teapot!
I love this teapot. It looks a little small at first. The colour is beautiful. I put it on the stove to heat up and remove just before boiling, and the paint is fine. If you use real teacups, like i do, it will pour 5 times. If a mug, maybe twice. It does not whistle. The inside is enamel and super easy to clean. It is heavy and the iron gets super hot, so use hotpads, i crocheted my own. Keeps tea hot for a long time. Best cutest teapot ever :D
