Equipment I received is incompatible, not as pictured. Instead of 32.8 feet, it is 2 spools of 16.4 ft. At each end of both strips there are long wires leading to pronged connectors. In other words, all "out", no "in". So the only way to connect them would be using the long split adapter cable. I suspect that the equipment I received isn’t correct, since the picture on the box seems to show the cable ending without prongs.But even if the equipment had as pictured on the box (one end able to receive prongs from other strip) it wouldn’t be anything like pictured in the examples. It would still have a long length of cable in between, just not as long and not with a dangling piece.So I don’t get how they can market that it’s a long strip of lights when it’s two strips of lights that are interrupted by 1-2 ft of cable. It does not seem possible that the examples are shown in the pictures are using the same strips that they are selling. Pictures of example decorated rooms show long uninterrupted light strips, no gaps from connecting cables.Plus, The remote has been very temperamental and doesn’t work most of the time.

The app is nice but the hardware itself is not strong. I ran all the strip I had to find out that the flow of current is bad, power isn't being transmitted properly. I want to return it but I've ran a whole 16ft strip under my desk(the lower part) and don't want to take it off, it works as it should with the connector and power adapter( 16ft alone). The upper part I didn't cover completely to find out this problem... I tried everything I could, it should by extension in connection work but it did not, seemed kind of glitchy. It's either the power adapter or connector isn't meant to be used that way.. But then why would that be added? Cause I did purchase 32ft not 16ft alone. It should be running across the entire thing. Disappointing. If I could receive a power adapter and connector, I will be able to run the other 16ft strip left. I'll change my rating if they send me that or give me a solution that won't cost me a dime, since I do like the app and concept as a whole.

I did A LOT of research into neon lights before I purchased a set of my own. These are THE best set for the wifi connection and the alexa connection. I love that I can have a routine set to turn a certain color on at whatever time to get me up. The remote is small, so kind of easy to lose, BUT you have the app and alexa to have your back.

The photo booth came with LED light bulbs that would break when collapsing the unit for transport. The LED strip lights replaced 'em and go from top to bottom at every edge of the unit. I didn't know if they'd be bright enough but they're as bright or even brighter than the original bulbs.

Wanted to use it to stick it to the back of my TV. During installation I already noticed, that on parts of the strip the adhesive tape had no stickiness. Compensated this with a piece of 3M tape that came with it. Within 2 days the LED strip became completely detached from the TV and fell off.Connectors are very flimsy and bend super easily.Had bought same price/cheaper strips with better adhesive tape.Can not recommend the product.

I wanted to like this so bad. While the lights are in fact bright i absolutely do not think the quality of this is worth what you pay. Got my first package in and set everything up (i of course didn’t get any instructions with this package) so it took me a while. No big deal. I go to plug it in and only a few inches of the lights work with fully functioning colors. The rest only displays green or blue. Again, no big deal.. just my luck this one is defective. Another one is sent and it’s not the exact same as the first. And it’s somehow actually worse. The power adapter i received this time around is cheap and flimsy, each package had different random misc parts (not packaged the same at all) and the lights don’t even light up now. Try something else, anything else lol just don’t bother with this one

My kids love these in their rooms and the fact that they connect to their phone, Alexa and Apple Music they have so much fun with them 😉❤️

I bought these lights to be a cool new addition to my daughter’s room and was sorely disappointed. The package came in the mail and it already didn’t look like how I had expected it to. Once I started to hang them the prongs connecting to the lights kept coming out way to easily and I had to end up using electrical tape to keep them from disconnecting. Once I hung them I thought they looked cool, but I came back into the room a few hours later and they had already fallen off my walls. The adhesive on the backs of them are terrible. If I were to get new lights I definitely won’t be buying any more of this brand.
