Consider a different brand - Not Happy!!!!!
Everything seemed fine, delivered on time - set up worked fine. 7 weeks later it stopped working. no big deal i new it would be under warranty which it was 1-3 years. Great! Wrong, I would have to pay shipping to Florida and back for the repair. $950 bucks. Not a good policy. Very disappointed.

Works like a charm
I’ve had this unit for about a year and it’s still going strong I use it in our shop to lift parts of a work table and it’s great.

Broke in a month of light use
Bought the winch with high hopes, installed it and it started having issues going up. Contacted customer service and they never responded. after only a month of light usage it finally stopped lifting or lowering and now is a paper weight. Save your money and go buy a name brand hoist somewhere else.
