Easy to use and easy to clean and the milk frother although a bit fiddly, heats and froths the milk really well. I enjoy a cappuccino and my husband likes a latte. We use it everday. Certainly value for money. I would recommend to anyone who likes a "real" coffee.

Great little espresso machine, coffee comes out well and is nice and hot. You can control how much coffee you want to come out which is a good feature to personalise your coffee. The steam arm works well for making hot chocolate and latte milk, however the steam arm lets this product down as it does not have enough pressure to create a good cappuccino and also very difficult to make flat whites with. Also this steam arm is really small so you have to put more milk than needed in the jug to heat the milk properly, this is not a problem when making 2 drinks at once. Also the milk takes a long time to heat so you will need to prepare the milk first so that the coffee does not go cold. The coffee process is really quick and easy. Also very easy to clean overall. Great machine for hot chocolate and lattes

Makes a fantastic cup of coffee and mainly Latte for me. I use the ILLY beans grounded.It does take about 4 minutes to steam the milk or slightly more but its worth it. Don't pay more money if your only going to make one cup of Latte for one person a day. The spray steamer nozzle gets tight sometimes when needing to take it off to clean but that is kind of normal across other machines as well. I've got it just right for me. If your a beginner and you want to learn and make a great cup maybe this one is a great idea, else if your lazy and want the machine's to do most of the work find something but maybe it will be double or three times the price.Steaming capability: 8/10 (isn't quick like the professional big time machines)Espresso pump: 9/10 (makes a great coffee and very hot)Taste: Fantastic (if you can choose the right coffee and amount you can make it taste exactly like a professional at the cafe)

I am comparing this with my previous Von Shef machine which was brilliant. I could not get it again when the pump failed but stayed with the brand. The coffee maker is not bad but the frother is poor and under powered resulting in luke warm milk. As it was twice the price I would not say it's value for money.

I am not a fan of instant coffee and only like 'real coffee', not that I am a coffee snob as I normally drink tea but do like the odd cup of coffee every now and again.I prefer this type of coffee machine as you are not tied into buying the expensive pods, you can buy either whole bean, freshly ground or the pods to use in this machine.The milk frother also works well for a milky coffee or cappuccino, not much else to say except if your looking for a coffee machine like this and see some cheaper alternatives, just double check the pump pressure rating as normally, the higher the rating, the better the machine, this has a decent pressure pump and a two year warranty.Really cant go wrong with this

I have bought goods online for many years now and have found that if you have to pay for returns it's generally because the distributors have little faith in the product, it was an oversight on my part that made me purchase this item and ultimately cost nearly £14 to return. There are only 2 words to describe this product "Absolute rubbish".

Great machine, cheap, fairly simple to use, only negative for me is that after filling your espresso cup it seems to not drain all the water through so when you take off the nozzle bit to empty the coffee grounds it still has some hot water on it that frequently spills out and an be frustrating. But still for the price to have a decent cup of coffee I can't complain beats paying coffee shops a fortune per cup

It's compact and easy to use and clean. I've tried different makes of coffee and It makes a consistently excellent coffee, with great crema. It is a little noisy as the base vibrates slightly when brewing. However, it's not a big deal.
