I know this is expensive, but I wholeheartedly believe that this product saved me from a severe infection and possibly needing surgery. I had a surgical wound that was not healing well because gravity was pulling down on the weight of my body, and was causing the wound to stretch and open. Not even the hospital could provide me with an effective solution like this. It is so worth the money and it is easy to use. I highly suggest it for anyone who is having difficulty with their surgery wound closing. It offers space for air to access the wound to promote healing.

Complicated at first to understand how to use but works incredibly well! Make sure to read instructions. I just wish they weren't so expensive for the 3 single applications you get in each pack. Still absolutely worth it. Adhesive is almost overly sticky, stays on even with moderate sweating, a lot of small tabs to cut off once in place, still a 5/5 for how effective they work.

We live further out of the city on a farm and these are the best to have on hand. For the weird accidents and the unfortunate. My kids banged their headsntogether and one split. It's a lot easier to put this on to help prevent scarring and or needing stitches

I bought for just in xase. Instructions seem a little confusing. I do think they will work.

I don’t write a lot of reviews but this product deserves one. Life changer. We’ve used it 4 times on 3 different people. That’s 4 trips to urgent care avoided. And honestly the results are comparable to ER sutures, and maybe even better if the patient has a hard time sitting still. I’ll include photos of the biggest wound we’ve used it on which was about an inch long. Full thickness cut, center of the forehead, gaping open. I won’t share the pic of the wound as it’ll freak people out and likely get flagged, but I found one of the device applied (yellow from disinfectant and has a random steri strip on it for reasons I can’t remember), the wound 2 weeks later after the device was removed, and a recent picture one year later. Looks amazing now.I should mention that I’m comfortable around wounds, and it would be tricky to apply with shaking hands. But if you watch the YouTube video provided on the packaging, clean the wound, and apply to dry skin, I think this product is easy and effective!

I was looking for some way to do stitches at home and ran into surgical closures. I’ve tried 6-8 other brands and this is the only one to stay put 6-9 days long enough to heal the wound well!!! Less scarring than statures because no needle holes to heal and if you are allergic to the stuture material you can avoid a reaction and subsequent infection too! I’ve bought this close to a dozen times because boys and I have given them to other boy moms and recommend them literally all the time. If you have accident prone kids or you are accident prone you need this and way cheaper and less hassle than an ER visit!

I remember back in the day I would have to get stitches when gashing myself but now with these they really solve my main issues of either having to go to the ER myself or having to take my kids. These are expensive but honestly they're worth it so I stopped up on a few boxes

My incision didn't close after removing the staples 2 weeks after foot surgery. Butterfly bandages and steri strips were not strong enough to keep my incision closed. Used these and my incision finally closed but it took several more weeks. I never submerged my foot in water with these on. With proper skin prep and wound dressing these lasted 2 weeks easily, then I'd remove them carefully, clean my incision, and apply new ones if it wasn't staying closed. I keep a set at home in case of any accidents now.
