I bought a different brand and sent it back for this, and I’m glad I did! I read in other reviews that the pattern was somewhat difficult to line up, but I didn’t have a problem, and I had a lot of things to cut around. The gridlines on the back made installation easy, and the paper was a medium thickness, which I like. It was exactly what I needed to change the look of my kitchen without spending the money on a tile backsplash, as this is not our forever home and I try to do things on the cheap. Overall, I would recommend it for any DIYer.

For the quality of this paper, I would say that for the price it's not bad. I did have a little difficulty lining up the paper just right. And it was fairly thin. It's not 3D. By that, I mean that it is pretty obvious that it is not real tile. But I think it's really cute and for my needs it was just right. I am not doing a wall with it. I used this along with a concrete style wallpaper to fake a decent looking backdrop for small items that I need to photograph. I don't have the space to setup a full photography backdrop and lights. Also I love the Replica Surfaces but I also don't want to pay the premium price. For my setup, I just got two foam boards, one in black and one in white. To one side of the white one, I added this peel and stick hex wall paper. And to one side of the black, I added the concrete wallpaper. WIth that I have several different options for backdrops.

Looks nice on the roll, but tears easily and the pattern did not line up. The backing didn’t remove easily and ripped as well, so then you had to try to tear multiple bits down to get it to stick. I’ve used similar wallpaper before and never had such an issue. This went into the trash.

This product is thicker & therefor easier to apply than other brands. It went up pretty well with help from an extra pair of hands. I used in my kitchen as the back splash on a painted wall. I have a small kitchen and 1 roll was more than enough to cover what we needed. Overall I give the product 5 stars it was easy to use and apply compared to other brands I have worked with and the final product looks nice. Things I wish I knew before hand.. and just to help future users of this product... ( non of this is negative - just information to help others!) 1) Use a very LIGHT layer of spray adhesive & spray at LEAST 8 inches away from surface. If you do not use adhesive spray in an area like the kitchen (heat/ moisture, etc), it will start to unstick, and rightfully so - it's only contact paper so..(!) 2) If you use too much adhesive spray the paper will wrinkle/bunch/warp, less is more! 3) make sure your walls are smooth as a babys bottom. 4) be certain there is no (drywall) dust or debris near/ in the electrical socket hole... it will attract to the sticky side of the paper and make for a not smooth surface. In fact, in hindsight - I would have used blue painters tape to tape off the electrical socket hole and then deal with cutting away the blue tape after the install. I recommend this product and would purchase again. 5 stars.

We used this wallpaper as a very temporary fix in an old paneled shower. Upsides: even in a wet environment, this paper stayed put and did not bubble up. The pattern really brought fresh life into the bathroom. However the backing on the wallpaper was very thin and kept ripping making it very difficult to remove cleanly. It made for a difficult install even for someone who has used self adhesive wall papers before. Pros and cons but would likely go with another product due to the frustration caused during application.

We needed a small backsplash for a powder room. Problem? Not enough clearance between faucets and wall to use tile. Solution? A piece of MDF covered with this paper. Really looks great and easy to do.

Durable material. Not at all see through like some of the cheaper peel and stick products. I used this for fake back splash and it was beautiful!! Highly recommend this product.

I had zero waste and put up alone it was so easy. Seems to be sticking very well on the wall, have had no issues

I used it to line my front coat closet! It has lines on the back of the paper, so it was easy to measure and cut. I required help from a second person when going around the corners, but I was able to do it alone on a flat wall. The hexagon patterns didn't line up perfectly, but you can't tell from a few feet away. It worked exactly as I had hoped!
