Hello. I'm from Venezuela and I am interested to buy two of these skateboard. I want to know if it includes the wheels, axles, sandpaper and tools?

It comes with everything but the tools. All you need are a flips head, and a wrench to fit the nuts that you need to tighten. Also, it comes fully disassembled, so maybe watch a video on how to apply grip tape before trying it

No and you have to put the grip tape on too.

Does the board come pre-assembled?

No, it does not come pre-assembled. But assembly was easy and a great 30 minute project with my son.

what is the size of the wheels? 50 mm?

It doesn't matter because they broke/ bearings fell apart within one week and could not get replaced nor refunded. Not worth the money inyOpinion.
