I have a 7 and 9 year old. I bought this due to a comment on ease of use. It takes quite a bit of muscle to get it to go for a kid. But they have fun and are building up muscle! I would just think maybe not easy enough for a 5 yo.

First off I liked that there was two of them in different colors. I bought them for me and my husband to chase each other around the house and have fun shooting away each other. It is very easy to use and they do shoot pretty far. We're thinking of buying more for Christmas for our grown children.

Bought this for my son, and it's perfect! The boys like this toy and we had great time together. Highly recommend!

Kids love it great value and you get a pair. Careful it is a little powerful it can hurt smaller childre on or if aimed at the face (kids are not always nice)

There is a rubber ring that the balls are pushed up against with the pump action. If you are shooting in an upward direction the ball rolls back. Lousy.

The pump is easy to work and the balls shoot well, but not hard enough to do damage, we loves it and lots of fun, it makes you very relaxed and excitement especially when you're tired.

I bought this power popper for my grandson, it is well made, he play with them all the time. They’re soft enough to not damage anything or anyone.

Awesome product. My 5 year old loves playing with these. Soft foam balls are safe enough for him and I to play around the house, without worrying about getting hurt.
