So far I really like this mill. However, it is my first. It's fast and shuts off when it's grinded fine. Make sure to wash everything before you use it. You need to unscrew the pieces in the middle. In between those inside pieces were a lot of small pieces of metal.

I bought this machine twice, the second one I bought doesn’t work after one use. It shut off by itself after I turn it on. The customer service refused me to return it due to I bought these more than 30 days(approx. two months after I purchased it). BUT this is not something that I would use everyday, how do I know it won’t work on the SECOND time?! This is really not fair, and the company needs to do a better QUANTITY CONTROL! Also, there’s 90 days free tech support offered under this product by Amazon, but when I contacted them, they just keep asking me to contact the manufacturer, with ZERO tech support they claim they would offer. Worst experience ever.

This grinder works great for coffee, it does get warm after a few minutes of use. The motor has plenty of power.

Trabaja de manera excelente. Puedes pulverizar al tamaño que desees. Recomiendo volúmenes de 300 grs. E intervalos de tiempo de 20 Segundos. Más que suficiente. Así no se forma nunca el equipo. Trabaja libremente y de forma espectacular. Es un poco ruidoso. Hace un trabajo impecable una vez que lo aprendes a usar. Se puede inclinar al ángulo que desee para moler de manera más homogénea aún aprovechando la fuerza de gravedad. Pero no es indispensable pues el diseño de la cuchilla hace el trabajo muy bien. Siempre desenchufar el molino antes de quitar la tapa. Por seguridad. No se bloquea solo. Puede ser accidentalmente encendido mientras está abierto. Excelente inversión!

It does a great job turning leaves into powder but it does get hot. It's really a product of friction so it's unavoidable but it's good information for those using it. Heating some things up can destroy it's potency. Luckily there is a sweet spot where its powder and not too hot. You can also run/cool/run as needed but that is inconvenient. Its powerful enough to powder cinnamon stick easily. Opening too soon after powered will make a mess and potentially and powerfully spicy cloud. I have learned.

I bought it for our production department, and they tell me it grinds things very finely. They said it's a keeper.

Can only fill 1/3 of container or shuts off. Had to hold electric cord in to maintain electric to unit. Digital display peeling off when received. Seconds digital display not working. Really looking forward to getting this. Used day after received and then sent back for refund. Very disappointed.
