Rubie's Star Wars Female Stormtrooper

This product was very flattering and comfortable. I bought a small and there was plenty of room to move around in. The only issue I had was after wearing it for 30 minutes, a small hole appeared along the seem in the back. Just make sure to wear black spanx or yoga pants under the body suit since it is very thin and sheer. Overall, I loved this costume and I received many compliments! I’m going to patch up the hole in the back and it will be good as new.

This costume was clean and new, and exactly what I expected. I am 5'6" and weigh 135lb, and this costume fit me just fine. It definitely would also fit someone taller; I had a couple inches to spare in length of both the arms and legs, and the body would stretch much taller as well. It was not see-through as some have suggested, but maybe they wore a smaller size for their body than I did. The body suit was perfect. The helmet seemed child-sized, which ended up being perfect for me because I happen to have a tiny head. However, if you have a medium or large head, plan to use a different mask or helmet with this costume (or just use the front half of the helmet as a mask, with a string or rubber band to hold it around the back of your head). There is no way my 13 year old son could get his head into this thing. Overall, I would definitely wear this costume again and believe it will last for years to come.

I am 5'4" and usually wear a size 4 or small on both top and bottom. I ordered a medium size here. The top fit okay, although smaller than a normal medium, I can still fit in it without too much trouble. The bottom though, I barely fit into it and it was hard to take off it was so tight. Overall there was very little stretch in the fabric, so if you want an easy time putting on and taking off, order at least 1 size up, possibly 2 sizes up, from your normal clothes. The foam pads look pretty flimsy, but have survived one wearing cycle (putting on, 4 hours walking around, taking off) intact. It'll do for another Halloween outing at least.

I knew this wasn't going to be replica quality, but I thought what the heck, it'll be cute. Wow, was I wrong! I have no idea how they made the model look so attractive wearing this, but it can only be massive alteration to the actual costume, plus maybe Photoshop. This costume is a thin black bodysuit with pieces of thin, flexible craft foam stitched on to it. The chest piece is actually rectangular, not hourglass shaped like the one on the model, so it doesn't show off your waist, it makes you look like a lego. The breast plates are the size of a deck of cards and positioned so high up on the chest piece that there isn't any way to make them go over the area they look like they're supposed to feature. See how it looks like the model has a high turtleneck under that shaped chest piece? Nope. There's maybe an inch of black collar standing up, very close to the top of the chest piece. The belt is a piece of black fabric with craft foam shaped stitched halfway around it, so you have half of a white belt and you have to tie the sash in the back. Very trooper-like! I didn't open the blister pack with the helmet halves in it, because I was afraid of breaking it, but it seems to me that if you held it up to the light you could probably see through it, it's so thin. I'm astonished at how awful this is for the money they're charging. I'm sending it back: I'd be embarrassed to be seen wearing it, even just at a Halloween party. Don't buy this, and save yourself the expense and hassle of returning it.

The size is true. You can order a size down since it's very stretchy. If you plan on going to a club scene this here is not something I'd recommend. The white part to this is extremely hot. It's a foam/plastic that insulates very well and if it's a hot environment prepare yourself to sweat your pants off. I tried it on, left it on for maybe ten minutes and when I took it off my thighs and shins were wet. Other than that it fits nice. You can't beat the price!!! Anything Star Wars goes for 55 starting price everywhere else. I got this for family pics. We always do themed Halloween portraits and I can't wait for this year's. I didn't give this 5 stars because the white part of the legs were stained from the die of the black fabric and because I was really HOT in it. But for the price and our family pictures I couldn't ask for a better costume. Also the helmet is very flimsy and recommend that if you plan on wearing the helmet to definitely buy a separate one. I personally don't plan to and didn't mind the one that came with the costume. But I really want to emphasize that I did do some shopping around and you're not going to find this for a better price.

I admit, I had my reservations about ordering since everywhere I saw this costume it had about a 50/50 either the best thing ever or the worst waste of money. I was fortunate enough to love everything about this costume. I'm 5'4 and 120lbs, I got a small and it fits perfect. I didn't have any issues with the seams and only a few stitches were loose. The armor is foam and is a bit stiff to move in, but I'm sure it will break in alright. The helmet is a two pieces that Velcros together. Not to comfortable but what do you expect with a costume helmet. The back of the costume is all black, and is sheer. I plan on wearing some black shorts or something underneath just to cover my buttcheeks. I have no complaints about this costume and I love it!

I am very glad i ordered this. For the price i thought the quality was decent. The costume fit perfectly and framed my body well, and i just ordered accordingly to the size chart provided. I can't think of any complaints except for the back, which was a little shear, but can be easily be fixed by wearing clothes underneath. I was a little nervous about the helmet because it stated that it was two pieces, however, i actually love it because it can be adjusted. Then again this costume was a cheap price, so don't expect anything too high quality, but I was very pleased and would order this again.

This fit me pretty well, and I'm 5'7" and about 140 lbs. It was definitely tight, but the material is designed to stretch some. I also have a long torso, which makes it a little tight in that regard, too (but that's pretty normal for me when I order things online). The helmet is made of a flimsy plastic material, which tears and creases easily, but the way it comes together in the two pieces is pretty nice and fits my head fine. The back of the costume is completely black (no armor)! I got the wrong impression from the picture, which only shows the front, that the back would also have armor, but no such luck, and the black fabric making up the joints and back of the costume is VERY see-through. So be advised, ladies, you might need a back-up plan to cover your booty. With the shorts, though, it served its purpose in making me look like a boss on Halloween.

Es de muy buena calidad el material y queda justo a la medida. Se ve increible de ambos lados. La mascara es comoda porque es completa y se ajusta a la cabeza

Love this - its a fancy dress costume however so don't expect perfection! fitted well (I'm a 10/12 and ordered medium - its actually very slimming!) and yes it is cheaply made but looked perfect with my imitation £10 white DM's - did already own a superior mask which I wore with it, but the one supplied is fun - as is this whole costume. Was told by another guest that she had 'Stormtrooper envy!'

El casco del disfraz es de muy mala calidad y la parte trasera del jumpsuit no tiene nada, es completamente negra, deberian poner una foto de ese detalle. Para una foto se ve muy bien, pero para una fiesta tal vez no tanto por los dos detalles que mencioné al principio. En cuanto a la talla, me quedó grande y me medí antes de comprarlo. La tela es de lycra y estira mucho, les aconsejo que lo compren una talla menos de la que usan habitualmente. Pienso que por el precio que pagué estoy consciente de que el casco no seria de buena calidad pero nunca me esperé que la parte trasera no trajera la "armadura".

la qualità del prodotto è discreta. L'armatura è presente solo sul fronte del costume e i dettagli non sono nulla di eccezionale. l'elmo non è ben proporzionato rispetto al costume e si vede che è una cosa economica. guanti non sono inclusi, quindi l'immagine è un pò forviante. Il prezzo tutto sommato dovrebbe essere un pò più basso. non è una cosa per veri fan.
