Steins Gate: Senkei Kousoku no Phenogram - Limited Edition - PlayStation 3

Just for the record I want to point out that despite the awkward title this item is not a phone case and does not include one. It does however include a Stiens Gate game (In Japanese) and a replica phone from Okabe Rintarou. The phone operates with the video game, and does not include a battery. It comes in a very nice looking box as usual for these limited edition items. Also just thought I'd note that the phone does not "flip" closed. So while it is sturdy you'll need to be extra careful with it if you plan on putting it into a pocket.

Love the box art. The phone looks spot on like in the Anime. However there was no battery that came with the phone. A bummer but that's ok, the phone was for collectible purposes for me anyways.

Well I haven't yet played the game but as most people who bought it wanted the phone. It didn't come with batteries and I'm not sure how to open it up. Did it come with instructions?

I ordered this for the cell phone, and I was not disappointed. The cell pone's an exact replica! It will be great for my Okabe cosplay!

I ordered this just for the replica phone which looks amazing. Just a little sad that the game doesn't have English subtitles.

The product box is lovely, with nice art and inlaid foil.The game is great, though this version is not in English, so if you require that as I do, search out the English PC version.I purchased for the phone primarily, and will be using it with my Okabe cosplay.Four of the phone's nine numerical keys can be pressed to prompt the phone to 'ring' with his ringtone.You can then 'answer' the call using the left call key.Once answered, a short voice line is played (in japanese), corresponding to the key you pressed initially.If I recall correctly, the voice lines belong to Christina, Mayuri, Daru, and Faris(?), though not in that order.As the phone 'rings' you can also alternately press the right key to 'hang up' and end the ringing with no voice line.Note that the phone does not come with its battery, which is a button cell.I purchased one at a local Fred Meyer (Kroger) for ~$5.The phone has a decent heft to it though the exterior is plastic. It is a very nice replica.As others have noted, it neither slides nor folds, so it would be somewhat long in a small/tight pocket.The screen is static, but iridescent, showing the 'desktop' image he has it set to in the game.The phone comes in a small box with the phone's model number on it, akin to what you would receive with a new phone. Very cool!All in all, it is one of the coolest and most useful props/collectibles I can think of.Well worth the ~$40 I spent to acquire it.If you have any questions, please let me know!

A día de hoy sigo teniendo la caja con todos sus componentes. Pese a que han pasado 10 años el móvil de la edición especial no se ha degradado con el tiempo y estoy muy contento con la caja (que si ha cambiado un poco de color por la humedad de mi cuarto).

I purchased this for a friend, so I haven't reviewed myself, but he loves it a lot! The phone, Upa and everything else were there as they should be and he's had tons of fun for hours.
