Little Tree Musical Mobile

I wanted a bird themed mobile and the colors of this one matched close to our nursery. Those are the only two good points to this mobile. I'm disappointed in the quality, there's a lot of white plastic that shows, the attachment to the crib is cheap and scratches the wood, the music only plays for two minutes so I have to keep winding it up, and we've only had it for two weeks and I just noticed the material is separating on the musical box part. I would expect this quality at one-third or half the price we paid for it.

This mobile is very very cute, BUT... It does not work well. The birds get stuck when they go around and around. What a shame, because it is SO adorable.

LOVE this mobile and it was very easy to assemble! The colors are much darker in person than on the image, but it matches the bedding and other accessories perfectly.

Another reviewer mentioned the same problem- attaching the mobile arm to the crib caused the crib to become scratched. Also, the birds stick out and hit the arm of the mobile as they rotate, which sometimes causes it to become stuck and stop moving. I love the look of this mobile, but I wish that I had kept the box so I could return it.

Ordered this mobile to go with a bedding set I had purchased from Land of Nod. They go together perfectly, and the birds are beautiful. Much more brightly colored than they appear in the photo. However, the music sounds a bit tinny, like it maybe will not work for very long. Also, the only way to secure the birds to the spokes is by knotting the top of the ribbon and hoping it doesn't slide through. I'm hoping it will function well for the price I paid, but I have a few doubts...

The mobile is beautiful and perfect for our baby's room -- however -- the mobile does not rotate! The reason why is the design of the product allows the birds to get caught on the holder/base thus unless you sit there and spin it yourself, it's not going to rotate at all. Mobiles are supposed to be used for visual stimulation, and if it does not rotate, then the product is just an expensive decoration at best. I returned the product because I need something functional rather than decorative.

I used this mobile until my son was standing up in his crib and began pulling at it. I used the music box several times throughout each day and it always worked perfectly. The colors are beautiful and the birds are so cute and never got stuck like other people have said. I love this mobile and was sad to put it away.
