Jelly Comb Vertical Mouse For A Healthier Wrist
What a great, well thought design. After spending a LOT of time with the Jelly Comb vertical mouse this past weekend I packed my trackball mouse that I've been using for the past twenty years. I once spent my days working in CAD and on a lot of spreadsheets. I had a nasty time with carpal tunnel (no surgery, though), so I moved to a trackball that alleviated the pain and was much more wrist friendly. This vertical mouse is much quicker and easier to use than my trusty trackball. As you can see in the photos I am older (70 yrs) and I have a little arthritis in my wrists. This mouse is quite comfortable. It nestles into your hand so perfectly. The buttons are quiet and requires only a soft touch to click. The texture feels very good and soothing to the hand. The scroll wheel is so easy to use and requires only the very smallest movement of one finger to click. Settings within Win10 are easy to suit your scroll and pointer speeds.Setup is amazingly easy for Bluetooth, 2.4G wireless, or USB C. I chose to use the 2.4G on my desk. I had read reviews of other mice that there was some lag time when moving, but with this movement is instantaneous and precise. I was not aware of how much work my hand was actually having to do with the trackball. Also, to enjoy a mouse without a cable is a luxury. The recharging cable takes it to a full charge in a couple of hours and is good for a month.

Don't Lose the Provided Micro-USB Cable
Love the mouse, but the tiny micro-usb it comes with is irreplaceable. I lost it and have bought 3 different micro-usb cables from different manufacturers to replace it and none of them fit into the tiny compartment that houses the port. I spent 30 minutes with a best buy employee trying every micro USB cable they had, and none of them fit. I literally have to sand down a cable to get it to fit. Why would Jelly Comb make a product that charges with a widely available cable, but then recess the port in such a way that it is impossible to use anything but their own cable? This is absolutely infuriating and I won't be buying any of their products again. If you buy this mouse, good luck not losing the provided cable.

A few critical problems
I loved this mouse straight off, but there are a few important problems. One: The scroll wheel craps out. I scroll a LOT to navigate, and the wheel just stops responding. The only way I can get it to scroll when it decides to stop working is by clicking the wheel to scroll-lock, and that's inefficient and clumsy (always scrolling too far or not enough). There does not seem to be a pattern for when it stops or starts working. I moved the USB plug to the near side of my laptop just in case there was signal interference - nope. It's so irritating I'm considering returning it.Two: The charging port is TERRIBLE. It's deeply inset so you can't see what you're doing. I swear t-g I'm going to fumble it so much I'll damage the port before its time. It has a minor saving grace in that the provided cable has a little tooth on top that aligns with a groove so at least you can tell you have it in the right direction, but it STILL won't go in right until I jam it around for three minutes, which is also not great for my hands which I bought this mouse to protect.Otherwise, I love its size, the soft-feel surface, the side orientation. I just wish it would scroll reliably and not be a b!tch to charge.

Overall a pretty good product.
With this widespread coronavirus thing I have to work from home, and end up I spend more time on my laptop at home than I was at the office. Then soon my hand started hurting as I am using my mouse and keyboard too much. I started looking for a ergonomic mouse hoping it’s going to solve my problem then I found this one. Here is the review after I have used it for about two weeks now.Pro. It’s definitely better and more comfortable then the regular mouse, it’s light weight, consider its bulky in its size.Con. I think this could be just me that I have a smaller hand and I feel this one is a little bit too small for my hand, and I would feel even more comfortable if they have it in smaller size. I’m a 5’4 Asian woman, my hand is probably about the same size of An iPhone plus.Hope that helps! Stay safe and healthy!

Unreliable and way too lightweight.
This mouse had so many problems.1. It did not connect reliably through usb-a, usb-c, or Bluetooth. USB-a I could scroll left right but not up down. Bluetooth seemed to disconnect after being idle for a few minutes. Also, the mouse is feather light. Maybe some people like this but I find it super annoying.I’m not sure why it gets high reviews, it’s not al that comfortable. Disappointed but had to return due to the connection issues on two different computers and through all three connection types.

Ergonomic and bluetooth - just the combo I needed
I'm already using vertical mice in my home and work environments, and I'm a huge believer. If you haven't tried one yet, you really should. What drew me to this model was the Bluetooth connectivity. With iPadOS13, it's now possible to use a mouse with an iPad (through the accessibility settings). I wanted to do this as soon as the beta arrived, but I didn't own a Bluetooth mouse. Further, I hadn't even seen a vertical mouse with Bluetooth connectivity anywhere on the market. When I saw this one, it looked to be the one.I bought this one hoping to use it with my iPad, and it does not disappoint! I now use my iPad Air with a Jelly Comb Bluetooth keyboard AND a Jelly Comb Bluetooth vertical mouse. It's really changed how I use my iPad and made it much more desktop-like.

Great features, wish it was a bit more tilted. Also silent clicks.
I was starting to feel strain on my wrists since I spend easily 12+ hours on my computer everyday from work to games and web browsing. I bought this mouse and the Logitech M570 to see which one feels better on my hands. I also 3D printed a base for the M570 which tilts it by 20 degrees just like the MX Ergo. I find that while the Jelly Comb feels better than a standard mice immediately, I wish it was tilted just a bit more. However that would introduce harder clicks since we are so used to clicking perpendicular to the desk. In the second pic you could see how much more rotated I was able to get my hand/wrist with the M570 on the 3D printed base and that feels a lot more natural in my opinion. You'll probably be fine with the Jelly Comb, the angle is enough where you would feel the difference immediately. The 3 connected device feature is super convenient. I can switch between my work laptop to my personal PC with just a click of a button. A feature I wish the M570 has. The clicks on this mouse are very muted. Almost silent. That might not for everyone but it actually feels very satisfying and solid to click on. Personal preference I guess. Overall a very decent mouse.

Comfy but missing accuracy
Great price for a mouse with this many features. I love that it can connect to 3 different devices without needing to switching the USB plug. I do also love that you can charge this mouse, so no need for batteries anymore!I also love that this mouse is angled nicely. My ONLY problem is that this mouse lacks accuracy that is found in higher end mouses (mice?). So, as long as youre not a heavy heavy moust user than needs a bunch of accuracy (i.e. designer, gamer), this mouse should be okay for you.

Worked great for 2 months and then completely stopped working
I love the size of this mouse it is great for my small hands. However I had it for a couple months and it was working fine and then all the sudden it started to get really laggy, the mouse would freeze on one spot on my screen and wouldn't move, then the scrolling would also start to lag. Now its basically impossible to use and I need to buy a new one. Overall waste of money because it completely doesn't work anymore after only a couple months.

I love this mouse
I really adore this mouse. I love the feel and the battery lasts for weeks. My only complaints are that I sometimes hit the side buttons but not often enough to really be annoyed by it. I would personally set the side buttons to copy/paste instead of page forward/backwards.

Good mouse
Really nice mouse so far. Comfortable to use. Awesome that you can use either BT, usb, or usb c to connect.
