Lambs Pride Bulky Bulky Weight Yarn, 85% Wool 15% Mohair, 125 yd / 113 g Skein, Grey Heather #03

Currently, most of my loom work is done with Lamb's Pride yarn.It is softer and more flexible than Lion Brand Alpine Wool (which I still like, but which has a much smaller color range). In addition, it is sturdy, entirely natural, and it does not tear as easily as Mochi Yarn, another favorite (in addition, MY comes with a nylon component which is perhaps necessary, but a shame). The quantity of the Lamb's pride skeins is very generous as well, and the texture unfolds magnificently; it is a delight to touch the yarn as the work progresses.I have bought a large number of skeins recently, partially out of curiosity how different colors would look and feel.Among them, I was disappointed in only a few. Mulberry at first seemed much rougher to touch than the other ones, but I decided to make a scarf as opposed to a hat and soon I was experiencing the familiar pleasures of working with the yarn. "Orange me glad", which I was anticipating feverishly, disappointed me somewhat in its color which is a lot less subtle than the image, but I will combine it with a rich red to increase the contrast. Yet many of the other skeins became more and more beautiful in my eyes as the projects were taking shape.Highly recommended. I hope the entirety of the color range becomes represented on amazon as well.

I knitted four adult hats. This yarn is one of best brands, easy to use. There were no weak or tied areas!! All one strand for each skein.

I’ve just begun to learn naalbinding and this is the perfect starter yarn for it. It is easy to work with, not itchy, and I now own a very warm pair of socks

Great yarn

I always love Brown Sheep yarns - they're so soft! The color of this yarn is exactly the color of the sky, which is what I wanted. Thanks.

Exactly what I ordered and came quickly

Gorgeous color, very soft, and arrived quickly.

Perfect
