Overall good product with couple of minor issues
I gave this unit 4 stars. The only reason it did not get a 5 star rating is once I put the fire extinguisher on it, there is a little play between the fixed base and the piece mounted on the fire extinguisher. I added some tape to shim it up and eliminate the looseness. That took care of that issue. It is sturdy. It installed easy as well. Clamps are a bit thin and weaker than I expected but I don't know if that is a normal product by the clamp manufacturers or a cheap choice by the seller as I have not bought clamps for awhile. That being said clamped ok on roll bar and extinguisher. The release pin functions well. Overall very good product.

It's plastic but holds up really well. Will be purchasing another for when I do another mount for my gen 1 raptor.

very nice fire extinguisher holder
This is a nice quick detach holder. It's nicely machined from a aluminum, fits tight. I upgraded from the included clamps to T bolt clamps. On a 2019 Ranger 1000XP with the notched rollbars, i used a 3.25" 89-97mm t-bolt clamp on the canister and 2" 56-64mm on the rollbar. the canister needed some foam tape to snug it up. the red release button seems firmly attached - can't get it lose to apply loctite, but i'm keeping an eye on it. The male and female mate up well - even detent balls to hold it tight. I hate rattles, so i added some black electrical tape to tighten it up a little more. Highly recommend, this is a high end quick detach for dirt cheap.

Not bad hope to get replaced
Easy install and looks good. Works well. Only issue is after a ride I found the extinguisher in the bed of my sxs and the release pin missing. Looks like it unthreaded from its spot on the mount. After a few emails company sent me a replacement part. A little loctite and it shouldn't go anywhere now.

This is a nice fire extinguisher mount for $22. The same mount by numerous other sellers is double and more. This unit is identical and priced accordingly. No plastic, light weight, fits well, and mounts anywhere on a roll bar for quick and speedy access. Highly recommended!
