The only line I ever use!!!!!
I tested the Trilene XL (12 lb.) with a hand scale, and it consistently pulled/broke @ 12 to 20 lbs!!! I used the same piece of line for 5 consecutive pulls/breaks: The 1st pull broke at 20 lbs. and the last pull broke at 12 lbs. This is by far the strongest line I have tested to date… with superior cast-ability!!!!

Great line....
Would have given a 4.5 but Amazon and their refusal to do a 1/2 increment system......great line that ties easy and has impressive strength. Only backlash I get is due to error on casting from me. I have had it snag and work loose without breaking. The color is also ideal for decent enough invisibility as well. Would recommend to anyone whether spin casting or bait casting. Try some today.

Great line
This clear blue version is perfect for stealth but visible enough in low light conditions to track your lure throughout the retrieve.

Fishing line from childhood years.
I've been using this 12 lb clear line for a few fishing trips now, and it's been excellent. It's strong, casts smoothly, and has great sensitivity, making it easy to detect even light bites. The clear color is a nice bonus since it stays less visible in the water, which seems to help when targeting more cautious fish. I've used it with a variety of baits and techniques, and it's handled everything from bass to walleye without any issues. The line is durable, resists abrasion well, and I haven't experienced any unexpected break-offs. With 330 yards on the spool, it offers great value and lasts a long time. Overall, this is a dependable fishing line that performs exactly as expected, and I'd definitely buy it again. Brings back childhood memories fishing with my dad.
