I own a carpet cleaning business and purchased 6 of these 2 years ago. We use them every day. No issues. We have Drieaz models that cost twice as much and we've found no difference in the amount of water they can remove. Very intuitive and easy to use. Make sure you keep filters clean and purge them after every use.

seemed like a work horse. I kept it running in a clean basement with no water issues to keep humidity below 50 percent. Unit is not very quiet. It did a good job keeping the basement humidity down.I was getting an error code that there is a clog or pump failure. I could hear the pump trying but not pumping. The hose is 100 percent clear and I kept the filter clean.I repeatedly tried to contact the company through email, their website and phone . No one answered my numerous emails or phone calls but after 3 weeks I finally spoke to someone that was very nice and told me to take it apart and remove some electrical plugs to the pump and try reconnecting. To take it apart it is not a quick and easy removal of a cover. There are many screws and things to remove and I said to myself why is this such a project for a $1100.00 dehumidifier to just a look inside where the pump is connected.The warrantee from the company expired after only 1 year. I moved it to my garage where it sits broken. Maybe theres a fix with a new pump but It's annoying after paying this price.To check an error code being told to break down the dehumidifier and unplugging the electrical board or pump and putting it together again and replugging to an outlet just to see if it works again, is a poor design to trouble shoot. There should be an access panel that is quick and easy to remove without removing front , back and handle and the zillion screws everywhere. If this was $250.00 maybe I would give it more stars for a years use but almost $1100.00 for a years use!

Excellent quality! We have a 1700 sf shop with a wet floor and dries it out! Highly recommend it!

I purchased one of these units in the fall of 2020. By the fall of 2022, the unit was reading an E3 error, meaning most likely a refrigerant problem. Since these are closed units, they are basically unrepairable. The company was of no help. Don't count on getting more than two years of service from this $1000+ unit.

Use it in my shop and it does an excellent job removing moisture. Would highly recommend.

We received this unit just over a year ago. It worked great. A little wonky with the instructions, but the unit worked. We get past a year then I start getting water on the floor and then codes popping up. Nothing about these codes in the user manual nor when I search the web can I find anything on these. Unit stops dehumidifying. I try and contact the manufacturer via the website, you fill out this form online and they contact you. I did this at six times over the past eight weeks, no response. I try calling, just sits on hold. I leave a call back request, no response. I leave voicemail msg for tech support, no response. This company is now apparently owned by Lasko which can't seem to support their products.
