Great product for marinating meats. I saw them on YouTube tube being used and had to have them. I use them everyday. The quality is excellent made from ceramic. I will update when I cook with them.

I bought this to start my own process of making Nukazuke. The container is enameled glass so its perfect for any pickling or fermenting you may want to do. It comes with a plastic lid so you're able to tightly seal anything you may be using. It can also be used as a storage container for leftovers or transportation.

I am very satisfied this Nodahoro container. It’s very easy to put in refrigerator and so useful.

This is absolutely incredible and l’ve been searching for one for such a long time. I got it mostly for my Balmuda toaster as it is small and perfect to bake a small batch of cookies. I posted photos with the other one that I bought prior to finding this one here and I paid for that $45 . I’m really keen to have aesthetically pleasing things because they bring me joy but also want quality over quantity and this one is perfect.

Very handy, convenient size, and easy to clean.

The container look really good and seal well until you put them in dish washer, the lid warped and cannot seal and the container get scratches. Stainless steal plus silicon lid is better for lazy people like me

Used it to make Japanese caramel custard pudding (similar to flan). Perfect size, cover was great when chilling in the fridge, pudding came out perfectly, super easy clean up. I’ve also used it to bake pasta and risotto, worked very well. Very very satisfied and highly recommend!
