These are a secure hold for getting in out of car

This was just what was needed to allow a family member with a broken leg get into a family Subaru. Made reaching for a stable hand hold realistic. Easy to move between vehicles and it seems quite strong. I'm thinking about putting them in the back seat of a sedan for those occasional times it would be helpful. I wish there was a hook built in to put the device above eye level when it is unlikely to be used, however.

I use them as extensions for handles for my father to use when transferring from wheelchair to the minivan. I bought 2 sets so he can use them on both sides of the van. Very strong and the nylon straps do not slip. There is a firm but flexible material in the inside of the nylon webbing of the handles. One of the handles from the 2nd set purchased felt like something snapped in that material. It still works but the handle has more "give' in it than the others. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for this issue. Works great for this purpose and I recommend this product.

I purchased these to aid in loading a suitcase in the trunk of the car.I stand the luggage on its side then attach one of these thru each end strap.I have began to get creative at age 70. Bending over and yanking on a heavy object just leaves me with regrets. Keeping correct posture and proper lifting works out fine.My wife also wants to help so it must be a good idea.

I was sent an item similar to this free with the purchase of another item. It was of much better quality. The webbing was more durable and the handle was real rubber. This item looks a lot cheaper and I worry the low quality webbing will dry rot quickly. I’m also concerned about the handle itself standing up to daily use. Good thing you get two so you’ll have a back up. Two positives are this one is not as heavy as the real rubber one so it may not constantly bang the window. Also two for this price is not bad at all.

My parents are getting up there in age and I've been driving them to all their appointments, outings, and my father to dialysis 3 times a week. They had a hard time reaching the OS handle so I got this one to make the handles a little lower and they say it has made a world of difference being able to get in and out of the truck. I love that when they aren't worth me I can just unhook the buckle and take them down and it takes 30 seconds to hook back up when I pick them up. If you're still reading this you can stop looking and purchase this handle.

These are great for seniors. I have a 90+ year old great aunti who has a fixation with holding on to things when in the car. I strapped one though the headrest post and she uses that while I’m driving. I also hung one from the roof liner handle which she uses when getting in and out of the car. The roof liner one is adjusted to be shorter and I’ve had no issues with it loosening over time. This product is simple and gets the job done.

I have them on my car doors and rely on them to stay upright as I navigate getting in and out of my car and putting gas in it. I wish the straps were velcro, they do like to fly around and make noise tapping the Carr but I tolerate it.
